EXPERIENCE Specialist, Apple Computer; Akron, Ohio – 2010-Current My current role as a Specialist is to promote a great product that I believe in and build wonderful customer rapport. It is rewarding to work with customers that are so passionate about the products that we offer. I work to provide store tours and approach with a product to ensure that our customers are receiving the full benefit of our services. Showcasing “wow” moments that can be shared and utilized among families and businesses is the highlight of my day. I present solutions that enrich the lives of people everyday. As an instructor I taught iLife, iWork, Aperture, and Final Cut X. It was rewarding to help people of all ages engage in their Macs and utilize different Apple based programs. The main goal was to promote further exploration of the Mac and learn the never ending possibilities.

SKILLS I am well versed in Apple's iWork, iLife, Aperture, and Final Cut Pro X. Outside of Apple I have been working toward a communications degree in news writing and a photography minor. For the past year I have been taking photographs for the Buchtelite, the UA newspaper. I've taken a number of journalism classes and I am looking to gain more writing experience.
