We are continuously developing techniques to help repair and restore leather goods and to meet your evolving needs, promising to go well out of our way to find solutions. We oer our services to fulfil your needs and grow the next generation of artisans, in doing so we encourage slow fashion and support the circular economy. We have put together some of our top tips to keep your bags looking as good as new so they can be loved for longer.

Whilst you’re not using your bag, stuff it to ensure the shape remains the way it was intended and to avoid creases in the leather.

Don’t overfill your bags, as tempting as it may be.

This can cause damage to the handles as weaken and are overstretched.

Try to keep makeup and pens in separate bags to avoid any spillages onto the lining as this can be expensive to rectify.

Use an appropriate leather cream or equivalent every few months to keep the material moisturised and nourished.

If you get caught in the rain unprepared, let your bag dry naturally and avoid sitting it on the radiator. It may speed the process but will only lead to the material cracking and further damage to the bag.

We encourage you to send your items in before they get too worse for wear to avoid substantial work.

If your bag is looking tired we can provide a clean and moisturise the leather to protect it, this will minimise scratches and marks.

If the edging on the handles or corners is starting to crack, wear or stretch we can sand and replace it. If left too long it’s likely the handles will become damaged beyond repair and it’s a much bigger job to remove, recreate and replace these.

We offer complimentary collections and returns from anywhere in the UK as well as couriering items anywhere in the world. Its simple to Book A Collection through our website or use our drop point at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. Your item will then be physically assessed by our in-house atelier team and you will be sent a quote. The quote will be broken down where you can edit, accept or decline. If you’d like a guide to pricing and turnaround before you send it in please just use our online form where we’ll assess the images and information you’ve provided to give you a preliminary quote. Our aim is to make you fall in love with your favourites all over again.
