Base frame is manufactured of aluminum alloy by pressure die casting and is protected with powder coating.

Vibration-resistant Base frame and body resist corrosion Reflector is resistant to harsh environmental effects and maintains the set lighting and technical parameters throughout its entire operation life

Body is manufactured by deep drawing of aluminum sheets. Reflector is manufactured by deep drawing of high-purity aluminum with subsequent electropolishing and anodic treatment.

Installation of lamp in optical compartment It is recommended to install luminaire on hooked support brackets at an angle 15-20째 relative to horizon. Diameter of the bracket head tube is 48 mm. Luminaires should be installed at height of 8-12 m.

Protective glass is made of lightstabilized polycarbonate. Start-controlling device (SCD) is installed on a separate panel. Socket is attached to reflector. Felt sealing gasket. Version 101 is equipped with protective glass. Version 102 has no protective glass.

Advantages

To replace the bulb it is necessary to open two fasteners on protective glass. Put protective glass in vertical position. It will provide free access to optical compartment and to bulb with the socket.

Protective glass features anti-vandal properties and does not alter its parameters when exposed to UV rays. SCD is installed on a separate panel and is easy to replace. Version 101 B and 102 B feature a large luminous intensity curve [LIC] designed for illumination of streets and highways up to 50 meters wide

To service the luminaire it is necessary to open two fasteners in its rear side and put frame with optical compartment in vertical position. It will provide free access to choke, pulse firing device, capacitors, terminal blocs with equipment wires and to parts that fix luminaire on support bracket (cramps, bolts, nuts). Assembly of luminaire should be conducted in reverse order.
