ELECTRIC CARGO TRICYCLE The cargo trike is conceived to be easy to use and, compared to other models on the market, does not use complicated technology or does not limit its user to customize it. To demonstrate shortly how this trike would be used on a daily basis, I will take the example of a pizza-delivery person. The person, starting at his workplace, takes however many pizza boxes he has to deliver. He goes up to the tricycle, unlocks the back doors and deposits the boxes inside. After locking the cargo bay, he gets in the seat, starts the ignition and starts heading towards his address by mechanically pedaling. After swerving past the usual traffic, his legs start to get tired. By this time, the battery would have been charged by a certain amount through the physical pedaling effort of the rider. By using the clutch switch and handle accelerator, he lets the electric engine take his place. The front-mounted display shows him whatever speed he has, and the integrated GPS app on screen shows him which way to go. This allows the rider to basically cruise around at speeds up to 60km/h casually instead of having to arduously pedal everywhere. After he does his deliveries and gets off work, he can plug the trike’s battery to a charging station.


CABINET DESIGN The cabinet has been designed for Jimmy Chin, a traveller and film director who has led many adventurous expeditions around the world. The storage units provided are for safekeeping of his equipement and other important gear. Cabinets have also been provided for his shoes. When required, pulling a chair and working on route plans is easy and feasible.


INFORMATION POINT The interface design product is conceptualized for the city of Florence. The form is derived from the flower, the symbol of Florence. This product has a dual screen at two different heights that is easily accessible for all age groups. The product is to be positioned at main points around the city focusing on public transit areas.


INTERFACE DESIGN The product display consists of a user friendly interface consisting of a touch-screen, Which provides information to the public about famous sights in Florence, places to stay, eat, shop and route maps. One can also book public commute tickets for trains, buses and trams. Also tickets for museums, hotel bookings etc can be done at the infomation point.


COMPACT CHAIR Designed for students and young professionals retrospecting their hectic lifestyle and usually having a very compact living condition. The table is attached to the chair, which works on folding mechanism. The material used for this product is MDF. It can also be manufactured in plastic, making it inexpenisve and more affordable to a larger group of people.


FOLDING BIKE / SEGWAY The following product is designed for people who like to be on the go. A folding bike that is compact and hence easy to keep anywhere without much hassle. The material used is iron. The bike runs on a battery which when fully charged, can go upto 30kms.
