My name is JosĂŠ Ignacio SuĂĄrez Praun, I was born in Guatemala and lived there my whole childhood. Over the years, I had also the opportunity to live and study in the United States and Spain learning and adapting to very diferent cultures and societies. I discovered my passion for art and architecture at a very young age, which has allowed me to follow and develop my career till now. Being able to travel throughout America, Europe and Northern Africa made me more conscious about housing, cities and different ways of living under very diverse conditions.

The result of the complex, made with eight modules with creates a structure that holds the textile wich covers all the platforms without using pilars leaving a free ground floor.
The pedestrians just walk across throughout the complex by elevated pathways wich conects with the Tierno Galvan Park (south).
The program is located around this structure, with the passengers train terminal, the hotel and conventions center, metro station and the courier pavilions.
Irregular urban layout diagram, typical of medieval towns, subdivisions and small streets with compact blocks, which in this case, responding to the need to adapt to a complicated topography.

The proposal is to continue the scheme continuing subdivisions in the entire site perimeter enclosing the old bakery building, creating courtyards and internal spaces which are conducive to a more human urban life and offers activities throughout the day.
PUBLIC SPACES The proposal starts with its heart, that is the old bakery building, that through its activities a shaft for generating flows throughout the complex encouraged by the leisure character. A ring of housing dwellings enclose the plot continuing with the existing urban scheme, allowing the creation ofsome new streets and spaces where getting lost is a pleasure.
