+A lways make sure there are your greens on your plate when sitting down to the BIG feasts, and eat them first. DEBBIE KEEN +S et some goals for the Christmas period that family and friends keep you accountable to. For instance, avoiding processed sugar, exercising for a minimum of 15 minutes per day or sticking to some regular workouts. If you set the goals and share them, they’re easier to stick to.
