Bios Susan G. Mason is associate professor and director of the Community and Regional Planning programs for the Department of Public Policy and Administration at Boise State University. She has a joint appointment in the Departments of Political Science and Public Policy and Administration. Her research interests include public administration, urban, economic, and community development and sustainability. Tony Marker is an associate professor for the Instructional and Performance Technology Department at Boise State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and teaches graduate courses in performance technology and the design of sustainable business processes. His professional interests include balancing financial, social, and environmental performance. Rebecca Mirsky is an associate professor with the Construction Management Department at Boise State University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a registered professional environmental engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her professional interests revolve around environmental issues related to the built environment.
