When we are online and available you will see an Orange Live Help button at the top right of our site. When you click this it will popup a window in your browser. You need only wait 20-30 seconds for our staﬀ to accept the chat. Our Staﬀ can see which page you are looking at so can be there to help right away. Feel free to just ask for advice on anything, even if we don’t sell it or if it is about non-sales topics. We are here to help! You may wish to ask about a recent order or amend an order. When you close the window the chat is closed so please remember to multi task your open windows.
