Outgo: Sep 23rd 2010 League fees for 1 team in the county league (£35) & knockout (£5) for 2 seasons 2009/10, 2010/11 - £80.00 th Aug 16 2010 Purchase of extra chest keys (*note 1) - £06.60 th Jul 30 2010 Reimbursement for purchase of scoresheets (*note 2) - £06.75 Total Out £93.35 Summary: Old balance £402.12 Total In +£80.08 Total Out - £93.35 (net result -£13.27) New balance £388.85 Notes: 1. David Maddams bought the extra keys for the club from his own pocket at the same time as membership fees were being submitted and it was far simpler to leave the £6.60 key cost in the account and collect a further £1.40 from Dave. So the account book does not show +£80.00 and -£6.60 for fees & keys but simply a credit on Nov 4 th 2010 for fees of +£73.40 (9 x £8 + £1.40). 2. David Maddams bought the scoresheets in April 2011 from his own pocket and was reimbursed in cash by Nik Puryer, who recovered the money from the club account on Jul 30th 2011, just prior to the AGM, as there wasn’t any need to drag countersignatory Peter Curtis to the bank before this. Signatures: Nik Puryer (Treasurer)

Peter Curtis (Countersignatory) : Date: Monday August 8th 2011.
