The Stuart Air Show Over the last 32 years, the Stuart Air Show has dazzled both locals and visitors on the Treasure Coast with awe-inspiring aerial performances, remarkable aeronautical artifacts, and exciting opportunities for aerospace education! This yearâs show will take place during the weekend of Friday, November 12th through Sunday, November 14th. Itâs poised to be even better than ever thanks to the hard work of the air showâs director, Skylar Gorman, and the nonprofitâs Board of Directors, plus the generous support of the Board of Martin County Commissioners. The 2021 Stuart Air Show will feature a plethora of thrilling performances and attractions! Among them are a Red Bull BO105 C Helicopter, which is âstill the only helicopter that can perform the same maneuvers as conventional planes.â Another is the worldâs fastest semi-truck, the Shockwave Jet Truck, which set the record at 376 m.p.h. and will race an aircraft on the flight line! Skylar didnât realize her passion for aviation until her first air show in 2019, when she saw the Air Force F-16 fighter jets break the sound barrier. In that moment, Skylar caught âthe air show bug.â She explains, âItâs an unbelievable, spine chilling feeling.
