Ms. Scheele will act as the employing broker and general manager for this new entity. “We want to be the solution to all of your real estate needs,” Laner said. “Many of our clients own investment property and this new venture will allow us to fully serve them. Our goal is to be their trusted advisor when it comes to ANYTHING real estate related. The C3 umbrella will continue to grow until we have achieved just that. We realize many real estate firms have shied away from property management, and rightfully so.
