Ms. Scheele will act as the employing broker and general manager for this new entity. “We want to be the solution to all of your real estate needs,” Laner said. “Many of our clients own investment property and this new venture will allow us to fully serve them. Our goal is to be their trusted advisor when it comes to ANYTHING real estate related. The C3 umbrella will continue to grow until we have achieved just that. Louisa has been helping clients with their investment properties in northern Colorado for more than 10 years and has managed over 200 residential properties. She takes pride in getting to know her clients and establishing a great working relationship with her owners and tenants.
