Our Story AvenueStory’s journey began through the vision of its founder Irina Raileanu. With a passion for travel but not for the high price tags and lack of space associated with luxury hotel rooms, Irina found that the need for an alternative was clear. Apartment rental has been around for many years but with lack of regulation, the service you receive in one apartment could differ completely from that of another. AvenueStory has changed this. Each apartment within our collection is selected only once it has passed our strict criteria and it’s owners fully understand the expectations of an apartment within the AvenueStory brand. Combined with our additional services of personal check in/out, concierge, 24-hour telephone support, 5-star linen and toiletries, airport transfers plus many more, AvenueStory guarantees your clients the same level of commitment and confidence no matter which apartment they choose.
Our commitment At AvenueStory we know that a stay in a foreign city can be daunting, even for the most sophisticated traveller. That’s why we’ve brought the most important services offered by the best hotels in the world to our apartments. Here’s what’s included: Personal check in / check out On arrival your client will be met by someone from the AvenueStory Welcome Team who will provide a guided tour of the apartment, introduce them to the area and answer any questions the guest may have. 24 hour assistance Each apartment is provided with an AvenueStory mobile phone which gives your client 24 hour support, concierge service and the ability to make local calls at no extra charge. 5-star Linen & Toiletries All of our apartments are provided with the finest 5-star Egyptian cotton linen, towels and bathroom toiletries. All apartments are cleaned before arrival by the AvenueStory cleaning team to the highest standards.
Travel Concierge We want your clients to make the most of their time with us and so whether it’s having a guided tour of the city, restaurant bookings, last minute event attendance or entrance to museums and attractions, the AvenueStory concierge team is here to help. Airport Transfers Private airport transfers are included free of charge with every booking made with a travel agent referral. Welcome Basket As a thank you for choosing AvenueStory, your client is greeted with welcome basket equipped with specially selected wine and local produce. Free WiFi
Let’s work together Every agent we work with will be assigned an AvenueStory representative that will be your main point of contact for the entire customer journey. Their duty will be to work with you to offer recommendations and answer any questions your clients may have. Once we receive your client requirements, your AvenueStory representative will use our travel agent software to provide you recommendations in a clean, efficient format in the form of a white label brochure. Once booking is confirmed, we are happy to work with your client directly, providing a fully engaged service throughout.

Commissions We are delighted to offer commission on every confirmed reservation referred by our travel partners. Refer six clients and earn 10% commission on each booking. Any confirmed referrals after this will receive 15% commission. All commissions are paid two weeks before your client’s arrival.

What else should you know? How to book We accept reservations by email or over the phone. To make sure we can provide the customer service expected from booking with AvenueStory, we usually require a phone call with you or your client to confirm we have all the correct information and answer any necessary questions.

Security Deposit This will be confirmed to you alongside your clientâ€™s rental contract and will be processed on the day of arrival or just before through a credit card authorisation.
