The first Masterplan was developed by Foster and Partners in collaboration with Archimi Studio CEO, Marco Cerri, as urban coordinator and local  architect; the south area of this Masterplan was realized in December 2011. Several international studios took part in the  Architectonic project; e.g. Byron Harford & Associates designed the south Mediterranean headquarter of Sky television Company. 


SANTA GIULIA_ General variation Plan In 2010 Archimi studio was involved in developing a new setting of the site with a general urbanists variation for the north area. 

I took part in the team that designed the Masterplan project.  I collaborated with Marco Cerri for the business plan development and was involved in client service, public consultation, presentations to Council and  coordination of technical consultants.

SENATE GIULIA_ Timetable schedule analysis Building timetable and Functions were two of the most important issues of the  investment sustainability.


SANTA GIULIA_ Flexibility and sustainability Flexibility is an indispensable requirement for a long term plan and requires a  balance between density rules and potential flexibility.

Each neighbourhood has to be an integrated sustainable system within the city.


SANTA GIULIA_ Flexibility A main matter often discussed with the city council and the neighbourhood  association was the best solution for the public space.


SANTA GIULIA_ Access to the area The main access to the site is the high speed train, underground and local  transport exchange.

We thought a mixed use compound with the right combination of retail, residential and office spaces, balancing the traditional life style with a new way to  manage the public space, in particular the retail area. With the support of several Mall Companies we forecasted a city where the retail space has been  spread in the buildings ground floor, like in the European traditional town, but managed as a Mall. 


RUBATTINO 87_ Masterplan Location: Milan Client: Aedes spa Architects: ARCHIMI_studio S.r.l, Land, Chapman&Taylor Date: 2008-2012 Project information: !"#$%&#'()*$+,$-.(/0"#1(23456775777(8 Area: about 350.000 smq GFA: about 120.000 smq Functions: residential, office, retail, hotel, services In 2008 the property asked Archimi Studio to develop a new Masterplan for  Rubattino area. After many attempts in July 2011 the definitive Integrated  Development Plan started. It was approved in may 2012.  

I have been hired as one of the two responsibles for this project directly referring to Archimi Studio CEO Marco Cerri. During the first six months my  job focused on designing the definitive proposal of the Masterplan. I studied an urban model based on three courtyards connected to an urban park  and a retail square, facing a multi­ services building made out of the existing factory. I was also involved in business plan development, client service,  city council relationship and technical consultant coordination.

RUBATTINO 87_ Flexibility Because several authors will design different buildings, the project imposes rules  to compose the street curtain and so enables an heterogeneous urban  landscape.

RUBATTINO 87_ The Great Urban Services Chapman and Taylor Architects and Archimi Studio developed a multi­ services building; made out of reusing the existing factory building, it features  swimming pool, local services, food market, office, cinema and more.  I elaborated urban is tic and project management and exterior spaces design with Archimi team, while Chapman&Taylor project the architectural design  of the building.

RUBATTINO 87_ The Great Urban Park Concept design for the park and supervision of Land Milan ­the most important  Italian landscape studio­ that develops the park landscape project.

The projet was presented to the city Council in January 2012 and approved by the Commission in May 2012. The architectural and construction phases  began in October 2012. Archimi studio is currently in charge of the coordination of the works.

In March 2012 Willmotte and Associate involved Archimi studio as local architect in the project of this important tower in Milan. I worked as urban  advisor, in particular regarding to the relationship with the City Council. I also liaised with the department for cultural heritage.

The basement and the fondation are made of reinforced concrete; the ground  and first floors are made of wooden structure covered by plasterboard and  wooden panels.

At Uno­a Associates architects I took part in the competition for the new Milan trade fair headquarter, working on the facades composition and details  with particular attention to 3d modelling and image realization.

Asquer was one of the most important Sardinia's noble birth family from XVII to XIX centuries. The palace located in Cagliari city centre was realised by  Architect Gaetano Cima in the 1852. Asquer Descendant (the client) still lives at the second floor of the building. Because Italian law doesn’t allow to  alter Historical monument, this project re­designs the interior of Asquer’s apartment through several tailored furniture.

I designed and developed a mezzanine linked to a multi­ functional furniture. This  is made of wood with steel structures; the mezzanine parapet is made of glass.

ZP house is a Villa designed by Fabrizo Leoni. Between the Bachelor and the Master I had a 6 month work experience at Fabrizio Leoni ( my Bachelor  Thesis Professor) Studio, in Barcelona.  I was involved in many aspects of this project design and theming including 3D modelling and images realization, physical models realisation, construc­ tion details development.
