Lights at Night People & Culture Sounds of the Streets Galleries & Museums Nature within the Day Cafe’s & Smells Automobiles in Motion


The aim for this theme was to capture lights at night and create abstract pieces based off of the images. The artist inspiration for this piece was Alexander Calder. I absolutely loved his use of vibrant colours and shapes. The techniques I used for this was Acrylic paint and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Lights at Night in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to capture people and culture and create abstract pieces based off of the images. The artist inspiration for this piece was Joe Cruz. I absolutely loved how he combines paint and photography. The techniques I used for this was Acrylic paint, Photography and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of People and Culture in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to capture sounds of the streets and create abstract pieces based off of the images. The artist inspiration for this piece was Tim Wakefield. I absolutely loved how he uses vibrant colours to create soundwave art. The techniques I used for this was Acrylic paint, Photography and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Sounds of the streets in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to capture Galleries and museums and create abstract pieces based off of the images. I had an artist who’s work I was trying to go by but it didn’t work . I stuck to combining photography together to make abstract version of the historic museum and contemporary gallery. The techniques I used for this was, Photography and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Galleries and museums in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to capture Nature within the day and create abstract pieces based off of the images. My artist inspiration for this theme is Paul . I loved the heavy use of Acrylic paint and the different textures they made, I especially love the collaboration of colours, it really helps represent nature. The techniques I used for this was, Acrylic paint and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Galleries and museums in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to capture Cafe’s and smells and create abstract pieces based off of the images. I didn’t have any artist inspiration for this theme, my original interest was Jessica Dance but her style is completely different to mine, so I stuck to what I attempted to do The techniques I used for this was, coffee, oil, photography and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Cafe’s and smells in the abstract form.


The aim for this theme was to Cars in motion and create abstract pieces based off of the images. My artist inspiration for this theme was Tim Wakefield, I love how he used texture acrylic paint to outline the same exact parts of the vehicle he was focusing on. The techniques I used for this was, Acrylic paint, photography and Photoshop. It represents my visual definition of Cars in motion in the abstract form.
