Trip Reservations Wednesday, December 12: registration for all dates scheduled begins Payment due upon registration. Neither refunds or transfers will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to close of business of trip reserved.
Bus Transportation Fee $25 per person. Minimum 30 people required. One day lift passes will be available at ski location. Credit cards are not always accepted at resorts (bring euro with you).
Arrivals and Departures Time And Location Schedule 6:15 a.m. Departure - Support Site, Bus Stop C 9:30 a.m. Arrival - Resort Area 4:00 p.m. Departure - From Resort Area 7:00 p.m. Arrival - Support Site (Equipment Return Location) Trips may be cancelled without notification up to the morning of the trip depending on weather.
Equipment Reservations Equipment Rental
$15 - Adult Ski or Snowboard $10 - Child Ski or Snowboard (includes helmet) $5 - Sled Type 1 (not allowed on ski slopes) $1 - Sled Type 2 (not allowed on ski slopes)
Reservations Equipment for trips can be reserved starting 4 days prior to trip date (example: starting Tuesday prior to Saturday trip). Payment due when reserving equipment (or being fitted). Phone reservations NOT accepted for skis or snowboards (ski and snowboard equipment requires fitting by our staff). It is the customerâ€™s responsibility to ensure all personal and rental equipment is loaded on the bus in the morning, unloaded upon return & returned personally to the NOR Center. TheNOR Center is not responsible for any personal items left on the bus.
Winter Rental Policies & Procedures Available At Support Site NOR Center From December 12, 2012 to March 8, 2013 Ski And Snowboard Rental
A signed Rental Agreement, Release of Liability Form & Rental Equipment Ticket are needed prior to renting any equipment. You will then be fitted for gear. For safety reasons, this must be done in person. No exceptions will be made. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the rental agreements.
Daily Day Rate
Wipe excess water off all equipment. Hang or store in well ventilated room. To prevent rusty edges, dry skis or boards with a soft cloth before storing. Clean off boots with a soft brush or broom after they are dry.
You will be charged the daily rental rate for each day gear is late.
Pick-up gear the day before you plan to use it and return the gear before the close of business the day after you use it.

Lost Or Stolen Gear
Pick-up gear during open hours, keep and return it on the fourth day.
The customer will be charged the full replacement cost for lost or stolen items.
Your Skis With Rental Boots
Keep gear for seven days and return it on the eighth day. Reservations are taken no earlier than 4 days prior to your pick-up date (gear may be reserved more than 4 days in advance for MWR Outdoor Recreation sponsored trips). Equipment fitting and full payment must accompany the reservation. Due to fitting requirements phone reservations will NOT be taken for skis or snowboards.
Turn In Gear Clean And Dry $5.00 minimum charge on items turned in wet, dirty or rusty.
Repair fees for damaged gear are $15 an hour, plus a $5 minimum charge for parts.
Refunds will NOT be given for early returns on daily rentals. Inclement weather is not justification for early returns. Due to the fact your skis may not be compatible with our boots, please bring in your skis when you would like to rent boots. There is a $3 charge to adjust ski, boot and binding.
Your Boots With Rental Skis Bring in both boots. If, upon inspection, boots are in good condition and compatible with our skis and bindings, we will fit them for you. No rental skis will leave the shop unless a technician has adjusted the bindings to your boots.
