Concept:

The Condominium is on the ground floor, in a single story, slab-ongrade building. It shares a common wall with an adjacent unit. All the window are operable with sill height at 12’ AFF and a ceiling height of 9’-6’’. The total square footage of 2450SQ FT

Michael and Cindy are in their early 50’s. Michael suffered a stoke last year which left him in a wheel chair and other residual effects. Cindy works from home and is in good heath. They have purchase a new residence to accommodated Michael’s special needs. They both love music and have found it of greater importance now that it may help Michael in a therapeutic manner. Integral to both their well being is a space That while it meets Michael’s needs it is also is comfortable and beautiful.

Hall and Partners are adding a branch in Denver CO. To create functional open office environments to support multiple workstyles. . To be consistent with a brand look and feel that would be evident throughout their environment. Products and furnishings needed to coincide with this look, but also be flexible to accommodate growth and change for the quickly developing company.

Design Statement:

We strive to provide the very best medical and surgical care, based on patient involvement and education. Orthopedics is the diagnosis and treatment of bone, joint, tissue, and nerve disorders of the back, neck, legs, hands and arms.

Solution: Using examples and information from case studies, healthcare equipment providers and client input . For example use original artwork and sculpture, maximize day lighting, waiting room with wireless connection and work spaces . Wood floors where possible,. Luxury finishers in restrooms.
