about mutrah The MUTRAH label blends contemporary jewelry design with a distinctive touch of bohemian chic. Inspired by tribal culture and ancient jewelry, these progressive patterns are an eclectic mix of authenticity and innovation. MUTRAH jewelry is all hand-made, created from industrial mechanical brass pieces, colorful dyed strings and leather, which are; carefully crafted with superb attention to detail and quality. MUTRAH jewelry are all inspired by Indian and Hindu ancient jewelry, Yemenite jewelry and by African tribal culture. Thus MUTRAH jewelry model names come from Hindu and African cultures. This Spring/Summer collection also pays tribute to the ocean and its treasures. The contrast between the modern and harsh brass and the traditional hand crafted techniques, gives the jewelry a unique presence that stands out among other bijoux. The Designers Mor Aldaag and Gani Bar-Lev are the two young Israeli designers behind the MUTRAH label. Mor and Gani come from the world of fine art. Both spent several years studying traditional art forms in Thelma Yellin School of Arts before starting their path as jewelry designers. Today they are the chief designers of MUTRAH, based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

MUTRAH jewelry pieces are all hand-crafted with care. Slight variations may exist between pieces.
As with all jewelry items, they should be handled and stored with care. To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a dry place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals, and please be mindful of wearing make-up near jewelry. If the brass losses its original sheen, polish the brass parts by rubbing a soft cloth with few drops of lemon juice.
