藝術家親筆簽名音樂節紀念冊 完成以上步驟的 facebook 用戶,可於 12 月 3 日或 4 日下午 7 時至 10 時親臨香 港大會堂音樂廳門口,出示上載到 facebook 的照片,即可換取音樂節藝術家親 筆簽名紀念冊一本。每名用戶只限換取一本場刊。相片必須於 11 月 14 日晚上 11 時 59 分前上載到 facebook。 親筆簽名 CD 首 5 名於 12 月 3 日及 4 日換取簽名紀念冊的 facebook 用戶,將同時獲得音樂節 藝術家親筆簽名 CD 一張。每日名額只限 5 個,先到先得,送完即止。 免責聲明 垂誼樂社(“主辦單位”)保留更改以上有關細則及條款,以及領取獎品安排的權利,毋須事前通知。 主辦單位保留頒發獎品的最終決定權。

主辦單位不會對任何費用、支出和損失負責,包括但不限於任何因參加者參與是次活動、使用有 關活動的 facebook 服務,或因任何違約或侵權的行為而導致的損失或損害。

適用法律允許的最大範圍內,每個參加者應賠償主辦單位因參加者作出之任何失實陳述或違反條 款及細則而招致的責任、索賠、損失、費用及開支(包括所有法律費用)。

Spot a Musicus Fest MTR advertisement

Take a snapshot with your mobile phone or camera

Like the Musicus Society’s facebook fanpage

Upload the photo to your facebook and tag Musicus Society’s fanpage

Festival Artists’ Autograph Each facebook user who completes the above steps, can get ONE signed souvenir program by showing us the uploaded photo at the entrance of Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall from 7pm to 10pm on Dec 3 or 4, 2013. Each facebook user can only receive one signed souvenir program. The photo must be uploaded on or before11:59pm Nov 14.

Autographed CDs The first 5 participated facebook users who come to get the souvenir program on Dec 3 and 4, can also get ONE artists’ CD with their autograph. Quota for each day is 5 on a first-come-first-served basis.

Disclaimer The Musicus Society Limited (the “Organizer”) reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The Organizer’s decision over all matters relating to this event shall be final.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses or lose arising out of or in relation to participant’s participation and entry to the campaign including without limitation to any loss or damage from the use of Facebook services, or any loss or damage from the participation of this activity.

The participants shall indemnify the Organizer against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses which the Organizer may incur in connection with any claim from third party against the Organizer arising out of or as a result of any misrepresentation or breach of the above terms and conditions by the participant.

In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
