Gregg Weiss is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn, NY. His passion for songwriting and world folk music has taken him on a long trip. The fascination with all forms of music doesn’t stop there, but the telling gets a bit frayed if one tries to include too much information. Gabi Swiatkowska is a widely published and award winning children’s book illustrator. She is also a renaissance artist with recognized excellence in numerous art forms including theatrical design, commercial design, sculpture and film making. Tildon Krautz was born of of their desire to have a common project. They are co-songwriters in the group. musicians living in Scotland, age 14-19 years old, the opportunity to learn about the live industry before embarking on a professionally managed tour. Hit The Road aims to equip young artists with the knowledge, contacts and tools to work within the live industry and is funded by Creative Scotland’s Youth Music Initiative (YMI) and PRS for Music Foundation. The initiative has acted as a launchpad for the next generation of young artists with alumni including; Model Aeroplanes, KLOE, Be Charlotte, Indigo Velvet, JR Green, Man of Moon, Aylee and more.
