RoHS Compliance Form May 15, 2009 SUBJECT: European Union Directive 2002/95/EC Product: Tygon® SE-200 Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation hereby certifies that the subject tubing product does not contain any of the restricted chemicals listed in the EU Directive 2002/95/EC. Also, these restricted chemicals are not used in the manufacturing process of this tubing product. The listed restricted chemicals are Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, and two Bromine containing Flame Retardants – Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE) including Pentabromodiphenyl Ether, Octabromodiphenyl Ether and Decabromodiphenyl Ether.. Also, none of the currently listed RoHS exemptions are used in the manufacture of this tubing product.
