Letter from Chrissy Woodrome Hello!

Another year at Nationals has come and gone! I cannot express how wonderful the past week in San Diego was for the Gamma Gamma chapter. Through hard work, chapter bonding, and receiving lots of awards, all the members came home feeling proud to be a part of this great organization.

Another favorite part of Nationals is seeing the bonding between our members and the passion everyone shows for being a part of PSE at Miami. It is that passion and genuine care for each other that will continually drive the growth and motivation from year to year.

I am confident that through the past year, the leadership board and the membership have worked hard to continue growing the chapter and providing valuable experiences for everyone. One of my favorite parts of the week was watching the excitement of the project teams as “Miami University! was called as a winner. Each member worked so hard on these projects and presentations and I could not be more proud. Winning and placing in all the core project categories truly shows the success we had this year in the core aspects of Gamma Gamma does best!

Finally, thank you to all the supporters of Gamma Gamma. To our alumni, Farmer School of Business friends, other Miami organizations, professors, and families, we could not have possibly been this successful without your help. I hope that you will share in our celebration!

Welcome to the Chapter

Congratulations to all of our newest members for completing their new member process and becoming initiated into the PSE Miami family! All of the teams did an amazing job for their client, Huster, and the chapter is now excited to see how our newest additions begin to grow and develop as they start projects and become even more acclimated into our chapter.

Letter from the VP of Prospective Members Hello Everyone!

The new member process is complete! The meetings started in the first week of February and our 20 new members were initiated on March 25. This year, the new member project was with Hutster - a startup that functions as a housing aggregate for the Oxford community. Making the project even more unique, it was started by two Miami students - one of them is a member of our organization. The new members focused on three areas - sales, advertising and promotions, and market research. Interesting enough, all of the teams had unique interpretations of the challenge, which blew the client out of the water! Some groups

Our newest members include: Libby Mueller, Ben Nader, Cameron Copper, Karly Osborne, Annie Wood, Stuart Fisher, Matt Arendas, Justin Cohen, Katherine Papera, Nick Rupel, Charlie Biederman, Kevin Ryan, Claire McCallum, Stephen Bowersox, Madison Weber, Michael Stramich, Colleen Ryan, Alysia Gialamas, James Rohaley, and Alec Remaly

focused on finding the next campus Hutster should expand to, others developed promotional events and strategies to grow Hutster’s brand on Miami’s campus. In addition to the new member project, the weekly meetings focused on professional development, education on the entire organization, and social events. Overall, it was a complete success and it is was much fun leading them! I look forward to seeing them working on projects or committees in the organization! Your VP of Prospective Members, Taylor Darkock
