East Coast Tables: The Inland Edition, East Coast Radio’s second recipe book, was launched recently at a function which featured wine and dishes found in the book. Showcasing food and ingredients from KZN’s inland region (Midlands to Drakensberg) the book is replete with beautiful photographs, personal interviews, big name contributors like Pat Lambie and John van de Ruit, and a wide variety of well-researched recipes.
