Branch Energy Company was a second year construction project for which the objective was to create a full set of construction drawings in 2D Autocad software. This included a floor Plan, reflected ceiling plan, elevations, details, millwork construction and a floor finishes plan. The Construction Plan BASE BUILDING SHELL: ALL EXTERIOR(left ELEMENTS AND ENVELOPE page) indicates wall types, COMPONENTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS dimensions, elevation and WORK AND PERMIT. Created in second and third semester, the Wild Rose Community Centre project depicts the integration of design and ideation with construction. Charged with creating a design centered around the concept of growth; to which then made to create a full set of construction drawings based off the design. The following pages display the design and construction in both 2D and 3D A3.1 A3.1 software for featured areas of the Wild Rose Community Centre.

The renderings and drawings shown of the reception desk were created as part of the Wild Rose Community Centre project. The design was to ahve barrier free access, contain storage for filing and paper work, and utilize innovative materials and construction.

PHOTOSHOP RENDERING The following renderings and drawings were completed as part of an office design project using Autocad, Revitt and Photoshop software programs. The objective was to design an office for a newly formed advertising company that described its culture as young, energetic and eclectic.

The purpose of the project focussed specifically on office and furniture planning with an objective of creating a functional open concept office for ten staff with multiple meeting areas throughout the space. The photos here show finished renders of a typical workstation, the open office and a glass wall enclosed meeting space.

The Supreme Steel Head Office building was a construction project completed early 2018. As an employee under E Mulder Design Services, designs were created as a collaborative team, with my specific focussed on finishes, furniture and washroom design. This 140, 000 square foot building consisted of two towers of two floors divided by a central atrium. On the back side of the building a large lunch room and cafeteria were designed to service both office and construction staff. In total the building consisted of 12 washrooms, 3 shower rooms, 3 other kitchen and staff areas, 7 board rooms, 4 small meeting rooms, an employee exercise facility, multiple offices and 3 large open office areas. Finishes and material were to be in Supreme Steels company colors of yellow, grey, and black.

The washroom plans shown on this page represent the typical layout for both men and women for the Supreme Steel washrooms. Plans were created in 2d autocad software and adhere to all wahsroom guidelines and the Alberta Building Code. The mens washrooms show high contrasting bold colors with finishes in dark wood, 3D porcelain tile and metal mosaics. The womens washrooms have a softer approach with a light grey wood, subdued porcelain hues and shimmered glass.

UNIONBANK Christian Credit Union Bank was a revnovation project to update the existing break and lunch room within the current building. As part of a collaborative team these renderings were created off of 2D autocad drawings and elevations, as well as photos as existing photos of the space. Materials, furniture, and fixtures were sourced and specified to match renderings.

The rendered images shown on these pages were created in Revit software and stylized in photoshop. As a consultant for this project with KT Designs, realistic renderings were created for the client as to better show the conept and design for the residence as per the clients specifications. The model was created in Revit off of Autocad 2D construction plans and elevations. Materials and finishes were found or created as per the drawing specifications.
