Diploma Project Tittle: To create a Poster book to depict the emotive history of a design firm. Background: Elephant Design, a well known design firm is completing it’s 25th year in 2014.It has been publishing it’s design insights and it’s own history through a series of books titled Fresh. Earlier they have published a poster book at the end of 20th year depicting a theme of 20 things for example 20 most used fonts in Elephant etc. My diploma project was to create a book around 25 objects, which mark important milestones in the history of Elephant Design. Each object has an interesting anecdote and significance. The mandate was to create a book, which appears as a collection of independent posters created in different styles. The objects and the stories were identified through the participatory process of priming the memories of the employees. Objective: To demonstrate the underline values of Elephant design through engaging stories of everyday objects.
