Income Disclosure Statement MTM has designed our Compensation Plan to reward our Independent Health Team and Health Coach Representatives for successfully making personal sales of MTM’s retail products: Global Health Care Treatment Packages (GHCTP), Global Health Care Memberships (GHCM), MTM Solutions (MTMS) and or Partner Products (PP). Additionally, for successfully building sales organizations by enrolling, training, and motivating other Health Team Members to do the same.

On an annual basis (fiscal year 2010), 31.3% of all Independent Health Coach Representatives (“HC's”) earned a commission or override, while 68.7% did not. The average annual commission or override earnings of all HC's, including those who did not earn a commission or override, was $177.01. The average annual commission or override earnings of that group of HC's who earned a commission or override was $1,013.18, and the median was $100.00. The data presented in the table above is based only on those HC's who earned a commission or override within the time period of the fiscal year 2010. 1. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars on a weekly average. 2. These figures do not represent a Health Coaches profits; they do not consider individual expenses incurred by a Health Coach in the promotion of their business. 3. Promotion levels represented in the table are based on ranks achieved at the end of the Year. 4. A Health Coach is one whose Health Coach agreement was accepted by MTM within the twelve month period preceding the last day of the fiscal year displayed; or b. whose Health Coach Agreement is in good standing and who has made a sale of a MTM product within the twelve month period preceding the last day of the fiscal year displayed; or c. who has earned a commission or override with MTM within the twelve month period preceding the last day of the fiscal year displayed. 5. Figures are for the U.S. market after its first year of operation, they do not reflect incomes in new or less established markets. 6. There are NO GUARANTEES regarding income.
