The Maroon Papers are breif synopsis of MSU General Policies, documents which do not fit under the specific label of bylaws or operating policies and are reflective of the MSU's stance towards a variety of aspects of student life and MSU business practices. This Maroon Paper details the current status of public transit on campus and within Hamilton in it's entirety, and the concerns the MSU has with future service.
