BENEFITS OF RESERVE OIL TANK SYSTEM • • •

ENSURES CONSTANT OIL LEVEL AT ENGINE SUMP – THE ONLY SYSTEM THAT CONSTANTLY REMOVES AND RETURNS OIL FROM ENGINE SUMP. OVERFILLS AND UNDER-FILLS ARE BOTH AVOIDED. THE VOLUME OF OIL IN THE RESERVE TANK BECOMES PART OF THE WORKING OIL FOR THE ENGINE. THE LARGER VOLUME OF WORKING OIL SLOW THE OIL DETERIORATION. BECAUSE THE OIL SPENDS MUCH OF ITS LIFE IN THE RESERVE TANK RATHER THAN IN THE ENGINE, DETERIORATION IS OFTEN SLOWED MORE THAN PROPORTIONALLY. USING OIL ANALYSIS AS THE GUIDE, EVEN LONGER OIL-CHANGE EXTENSIONS ARE POSSIBLE. SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WHERE AS MUCH AS SIX MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATON WITHOUT ADDITIONS OF OIL OR OIL CHANGES AND WITHOUT SACRIFICING CLEAN OIL OR LONG ENGINE LIFE – NO OTHER SYSTEM CAN MATCH THAT. INCREMENTAL OIL CHANGES CAN BE EFFECTED AND TIME CONSUMING TRADITIONAL ENGINE OIL CHANGE CAN BE ELIMINATED, REPLACED BY MINI-CHANGES OR REPLACED ALTOGETHER VIA ENGINE OIL BURN SYSTEMS. ENGINE OIL BURN SYSTEMS ARE SYSTEMS THAT METERS AN ULTRA FILTERED ENGINE OIL INTO THE ENGINE FUEL TANK IN AMOUNTS UP TO 0.5% OF FUEL CONSUMPTION. OIL / FUEL BLENDING HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO WORK SAFELY AND CLEANLY THROUGH BURNING THE ENGINE OIL AS FUEL WHILE PROVIDING BETTER, CLEANER ENGINE OPERATION, CLEAN ENGINE OIL, LONG ENGINE LIFE AND REDUCTION IN WASTE TO BETTER PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT.

KIDNEY LOOP FILTRATION SYSTEMS REMOVE CONTAMINANTS WHICH SHORTEN THE LIFE OF ENGINE OIL – OIL LIFE WILL DEFINITELY BE IMPROVED BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE BACKED UP WITH PROPER ANALYTICS TESTING.

ONBOARD ANALYTICS CAN HELP OIL TRENDING ANALYSIS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE EXACT TIME WHEN OIL SPECS CHANGE FROM ACCEPTABLE TO UNACCEPTABLE LEVELS.

INSTEAD OF REPLACING ENGINE OIL A FRACTION OF THE OIL CAN BE REPLACED AS A FRACTION OF NEW OIL CAN CORRECT TAN & TBN NUMBERS. INSTEAD OF REPLACING OIL ENGINE OIL BURN SYSTEMS CAN BURN A FRACTION OF THE ENGINE OIL AND NEW ENGINE OIL CAN BE QUICKLY REINJECTED DURING FUELING OPERATIONS.
