WAIVER: By signing this roster, I, the participant agree that I will abide by the rules of the 2012 KDR Challenge Softball Tournament and its affiliated organizations and sponsors. I understand that KDR Challenge does not provide medical insurance of any kind for the participant. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with the above activities, I hereby release, discharge, and/or otherwise indemnify KDR Challenge, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the program.

A MANDATORY Team Manager Meeting will be held on Friday, August 24 , location and time to be determined.

Team T-shirts can be made for your team but are not required. If you are interested in purchasing team shirts we suggest using All Star Graphics. They can be reached at 635-1218. All Star Graphics designed shirts for many of last year’s teams.

-Also… We are always looking for volunteers to make this a successful event. If you are interested in volunteering whether it be for concessions, dunk tank, 50/50 tickets or umpiring, please email Bonnie Raffaele at raffaele@eup.k12.mi.us or Jenn Ware at jennssm@gmail.com.
