Rivershores apartments signal new era for port city REVIEWS

CONSTRUCTION of the new $120 million luxury Rivershores development in North Fremantle has begun. The joint project between WA building company Jaxon and Northbank Bridges is set to become one of WA’s most desirable residential addresses. Featuring 58 lavish apartments, a gymnasium, swimming pool, recreation area, waterfront café and a 163-bay basement car park, Rivershores will enjoy sweeping views of the Swan River and Fremantle harbour. The launch of the development in late 2007 resulted in wide interest, with more than 40 per cent of the apartments sold during the first expression of interest. Jaxon will work with marketer Watersun Property and architects Hassell to deliver the residential development. Jaxon general manager Peter Goulios said Rivershores is a significant milestone in the firm’s expanding portfolio of largescale property developments in Perth. “It is a very exciting time for Jaxon.
