I’m sad to say, quail season has come and gone. What a great 2009 season we had! We’ve been working hard at Shadow Oak - prepping and planting food plots, kennel renovations while tending to three litters of puppies, continuing the training of our dogs, converting two more jeeps into self-contained hunting vehicles and grooming the woods and hunting courses. Needless to say, we’ve been busy! For those of you who have already made your hunting reservations for this upcoming season, thank you very much. It is hard for me to believe how many of you have already reserved your hunting dates. Thank you again! If you have not had an opportunity to reserve your hunting dates, please give me a call or send an e-mail as soon as you can. We look forward to seeing each of you next season. Best,

H.W. Smith
