E m b e d d i n g T h e Tr a n s f o r m a t i o n During and Post Learning Programmes Making Learning Stick! Bespoke Video Learning MPI Creative team is fully equipped to create script - shoot and deliver an outstanding suite of HD Films to support the embedding of the learning from the programme MPI delivers in the training courses or modules. The films are usually the exemplar demonstrations of the critical elements of the learning programme experienced by our delegates. e.g. A sales cycle, process or a specific coaching process designed for Performance M a n a g e m e n t m e t h o d o l o g y. We always work hard to ensure that the films are no longer than 5-10mins in duration and are therefore punchy and to the point. This is helpful to the learner in that they can re-play the skill demonstrated over and over again to embed the ‘new way’. This is key to them letting go of the o l d w a y a n d e m b r a c i n g t h e n e w w a y. The series would typically have the programme sponsor leading the way in delivering the introductory speech to the business, explaining why the programme is so important and why we have created it, followed by the films themselves.

Many of our clients have found that their teams don’t have access to use their phones as learning support tools.

MPI Creative will design and build the right App for your business based on research as to whether there is both the appetite and capability for the App to be used.

So in order to have the HD films and audio recordings accessible to them, MPI Creative will develop and build with the client, an appropriately designed website or portal.
