Here is a country by country, region-by-region breakdown of where the Best Buys are buried. France: The strong euro has made it difficult, but France still turns out terrific values. With the creation of AOC Languedoc in 2007, the region has become the bridge between the vins de pays and the subregional appellation wines of Languedoc.
