L’Alta Badia si profila sempre più come località che offre la massima espressione di momenti di piacere in montagna. In questa direzione i momenti legati alla gastronomia rappresentano un’occasione unica per scoprire le eccellenze culinarie della destinazione. Sono numerosi gli eventi enogastronomici organizzati in quota e nell’area Movimënt durante l’estate: CUJINÉ TE ÜTIA - CUCINARE TRA LE VETTE Presso i rifugi Ütia de Bioch (26 luglio), Club Moritzino (9 agosto) e I Tablá (23 agosto), sarà possibile partecipare ad un corso di cucina outdoor, immersi nel panorama dolomitico a 360°. Ogni partecipante avrà una propria postazione e potrà cucinare i vari piatti insieme allo Chef, che spiegherà nel dettaglio ogni passaggio. L’evento avrà inizio alle ore 15.00. La prenotazione è obbligatoria presso gli Uffici Turistici dell’Alta Badia. SOMMELIER IN RIFUGIO L’evento, dedicato ai migliori vini dell’Alto Adige, darà la possibilità ai partecipanti di passare un pomeriggio alternativo, a 2000m, in compagnia di un esperto sommelier. Oltre a degustare una vasta gamma di vini altoatesini, verranno trattati svariati temi, sempre legati al mondo del vino. In quale bicchiere servire le diverse tipologie di vino, la temperatura ideale del vino, quale vino abbinare a determinati piatti, oppure come gustare al meglio il vino usando la vista, l’olfatto e il gusto… questi sono solo alcuni degli argomenti che verranno trattati durante i cinque appuntamenti, suddivisi da luglio a settembre (19 luglio rifugio La Tambra, 2 agosto - rifugio I Tablá - 16 agosto rifugio Ütia de Bioch - 30 agosto rifugio Pralongiá - 6 settembre rifugio Club Moritzino). SAUS DL ALTONN - I SAPORI DELL’AUTUNNO Non c’è periodo migliore di quello autunnale, per godere in totale relax della natura nel cuore delle Dolomiti Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO. Dal 15 al 29 settembre 2019, l’Alta Badia propone due settimane all’insegna delle eccellenze culinarie locali, valorizzando i prodotti del territorio e i loro produttori. Questi saranno i protagonisti presso sette rifugi in quota, dove durante sette giornate diverse tra metà e fine settembre, verranno presentati dei menù, creati appositamente per l’occasione. I produttori, presenti ai vari eventi, saranno a disposizione dei partecipanti, per illustrare le particolarità e le proprietà dei vari prodotti, acquistabili anche in loco. I rifugi sono raggiungibili comodamente con gli impianti di risalita, aperti fino a fine settembre. Inoltre, nel corso delle due settimane di fine settembre, vengono proposte varie attività, volte a far conoscere le eccellenze dell’Alta Badia a chi ha scelto questo magico periodo per trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza nelle Dolomiti. Außerdem werden in den Sommermonaten zahlreiche kulinarische Genussmomente im Rahmen von önogastronomischen Terminen sowohl in den Bergen als auch im Tal organisiert: CUJINÉ TE ÜTIA - KOCHEN ZWISCHEN DEN GIPFELN In den Berghütten Ütia de Bioch (26. Juli), Club Moritzino (9. August) und I Tablá (23. August) kann man an einem Outdoor-Kochkurs inmitten des 360° Dolomiten Panoramas teilnehmen. Jeder Teilnehmer verfügt über einen eigenen Arbeitsbereich und kann die verschiedenen Gerichte gemeinsam mit dem Koch zubereiten, der jeden Arbeitsschritt genau erklärt. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 15 Uhr. Eine Anmeldung ist in den Tourismusbüros in Alta Badia unbedingt erforderlich. SOMMELIER IN DER HÜTTE Die den besten Südtiroler Weinen gewidmete Veranstaltung bietet den Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit, einen alternativen Nachmittag auf 2000 Meter in Gesellschaft eines sachkundigen Sommeliers zu erleben. Neben der Verkostung einer großen Auswahl von Südtiroler Weinen stehen verschiedene Themen im Mittelpunkt, die ebenfalls mit der Weinwelt in Verbindung stehen. In welchem Glas die verschiedenen Weinsorten zu servieren sind, die ideale Weintemperatur, welcher Wein mit bestimmten Gerichten harmoniert oder wie man den Wein nach Aussehen, Geruch und Geschmack am besten beurteilt ... das sind nur einige der Themen, die im Rahmen der fünf Termine behandelt werden, welche von Juli bis September stattfinden (19. Juli - Berghütte La Tambra, 2. August - Berghütte I Tablá, 16. August - Berghütte Ütia de Bioch, 30. August - Berghütte Pralongiá, 6. September - Berghütte Club Moritzino). SAUS DL ALTONN - HERBSTLICHE KÖSTLICHKEITEN Es gibt keine bessere Jahreszeit als den Herbst, um in vollkommener Entspannung die Natur im Herzen der Dolomiten UNESCO Welterbe, zu genießen. Vom 15. Bis zum 29. September bietet Alta Badia zwei Wochen im Zeichen der heimischen, kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, wobei besonders die Produkte des Gebiets und ihre Erzeuger hervorgehoben werden. Sie stehen nämlich im Mittelpunkt der sieben Berghütten, wo an sieben verschiedenen Tagen zwischen Mitte und Ende September eigens für diesen Anlass kreierte Menüs präsentiert werden. Die bei den verschiedenen Veranstaltungen anwesenden Erzeuger stehen den Teilnehmern zur Verfügung, um Besonderheiten und Eigenschaften der einzelnen Produkte zu erläutern, die auch vor Ort erworben werden können. Die Berghütten sind bequem mit den Liftanlagen erreichbar, die bis Ende September geöffnet sind. Außerdem werden in diesen zwei Wochen Ende September verschiedene Aktivitäten angeboten, die die Köstlichkeiten von Alta Badia all jenen näherbringen sollen, die diese zauberhafte Jahreszeit ausgewählt haben, um ein paar Tage Urlaub in den Dolomiten zu verbringen. Alta Badia is becoming increasingly well known as a place where the mountains can be enjoyed in their fullest expression. This includes opportunities for discovering the culinary excellence of this destination. There are also numerous opportunities to eat and drink, organised during food and wine events both up in the mountains and down in the valley, during the summer months: CUJINÉ TE ÜTIA - COOKING IN THE MOUNTAINS At the mountain refuges Ütia de Bioch (26 July), Club Moritzino (9 August) and I Tablá (23 August), you can take part in an outdoor cooking course, immersed in a 360° view of the Dolomites. Every participant will have their own work station and can cook the various dishes with the chef, who will explain each step in detail. The event will start at 3 pm. Booking is compulsory at the Alta Badia tourist offices. SOMMELIER IN THE HUT The event, which is dedicated to the best wines of South Tyrol, will give participants the chance to enjoy an alternative afternoon, at 2000 m altitude, in the company of an expert sommelier. As well as tasting a wide range of wines from South Tyrol, there will be various presentations, all connected with the world of wine. Which glass to serve the different types of wine in, the ideal temperature of the wine, which one to combine with certain dishes, or how to make the most of the wine using sight, smell and taste... These are just some of the subjects that will be covered during the five events, which are to be held from July to September (19 July - La Tambra refuge, 2 August - I Tablá refuge - 16 August Ütia de Bioch refuge - 30 August Pralongiá refuge – 6 September Club Moritzino refuge). SAUS DL ALTONN - FLAVOURS OF AUTUMN There is no better time of the year than autumn to fully relax and enjoy the nature of the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO world heritage. From 15 to 29 September 2019, Alta Badia will be offering two weeks based on local culinary delights, promoting local produce and farmers. This will be the main focus at the seven mountain refuges, where over seven different days between the middle and the end of September, menus will be presented, created especially for the occasion. The farmers, who will be present at the various events, will be at participants’ disposal to illustrate the distinguishing features and properties of the products, that can be purchased on the spot. The refuges can be easily reached by cable car, which runs until the end of September. Also, over the last two weeks in September, various activities are organised, with the aim of presenting the excellent produce of Alta Badia to anyone who has chosen to spend a few days’ holiday in the Dolomites during this magical period.
