A Note to Parents Our goal in Mount Hope Children’s Ministry is to create a safe, fun, high-energy environment. Upon arriving on Sunday morning, each child must register at one of the registration tables/self-check-in stations located near the main entrances to the building (one of our Greeters at the front door will be happy to guide you to the registration table). Programs and care for nursery through 5 years old are offered during the entire worship service. After registering, children in Kindergarten through 5th grade attend the main service in the sanctuary for about the first 20 minutes of the service and are then dismissed to the Kingdom Kidz service. Royal Rangers & Girl’s Ministries Royal Rangers consists of programs for boys 3 yrs old - 12th grade where they can develop their gifts, abilities, and their relationship with Christ by earning badges and awards like camping, community, leadership, and first aid. Girls Ministries consists of programs for girls 3 yrs old – 5th grade. Here they can develop their gifts, abilities, and their relationship with Christ by earning badges and awards like creation, family, camping, and music.

Vacation Bible School VBS will take place from Monday, July 14th through Thursday, July 17th. Children ages 4 through 5th grade will learn about the “God of the Universe” through this year’s theme: Space Odyssey! We will have rallies, games, crafts, and Bible stories from the Space Time Machine! VBS will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each night. Any questions, direct them to Michael King at

Junior Bible Quiz Practice for the new Junior Bible Quiz season starts on Sunday, June 1st at 10:15 a.m. This is for all returning quizzers & any new quizzers who want to join. This is for children grades 1 through 6.

The Ancient Paths Seminar This seminar is for anyone desiring lasting change in their life, marriage, or family. The Ancient Paths Seminar is designed to identify the root causes of unhealthy or unpleasant patterns in our lives and to bring healing to these areas. Topics include communication, purpose, identity, and the battle for the soul. The seminar is conducted in a Friday evening, and all day Saturday format on June 6th and 7th. In order to secure your place in this seminar, a payment of $45.00 per person or $85.00 per couple is required at the time of registering. There is also a $10.00 fee per person or $20.00 fee per couple for lunch on Saturday. Honoring our Graduates of 2014 We will be honoring our graduates on Sunday, June 22nd. Summer Camp What if one week could change your child’s life for eternity? Kids Camp is coming up this summer in Rumney, NH for kids entering 3rd Grade through entering 6th grade. Cost is $275/ student for the week. There is a sibling discount. Mr. King will be up at camp as a counselor the entire week. Kids Camp is from Monday, June 30th through Friday, July 4th. People to People On Saturday, June 7th, the People to People Ministry will be serving a meal at the YMCA in Lowell. Fridays at Noon “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God.” Philippians 4:6 God moves and works when His people pray! Every Friday the sanctuary is open from 12:00 p.m.—1:00 p.m. for a time of prayer. Come for 5 minutes or come for the entire hour, and experience the power of being in God’s presence together.

Common Grounds Café is open every Sunday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Make sure to stop by for tasty food, good drinks, and great conversation. If you need to step out of the service for any reason, the service is broadcast in Common Grounds. Please feel free to watch the service there. On Sunday mornings, should the need arise a safety team member is on duty to assist you. If you need to speak with the safety person on duty, the safety desk is located in the hallway towards the East entrance. In Case You are in Need of Help Outside of our Church Office Hours . . . The students of Mount Hope Christian School have done a phenomenal job on their standardized testing. They scored an average of 18 percentage points higher on the Terra Nova than the other students taking the test nationally. This week we also learned that we were voted the #1 Preschool in Burlington by the Readers Choice Awards. Registration is still open for the 2014/2015 school year!
