Mediterranean stir fry by Giannis Kritikos, chef in Kritikos Gallery & Restaurants Ingredients 2 medium crayfish 2 medium shrimps 6 mussels, without the shell 6 scallops, without the shell Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup of fish stock 1/4 cup of wine Red, yellow and orange peppers, sliced 1 t.s. rosemary 1 t.s garlic, grated 1 t.s. parsley, chopped Salt Pepper SautĂŠ the shrimps and crayfish in a small pan, add the wine first, then the mussels and scallops and bring to the boil. Then add the peppers and the herbs. Serve immediately.
