The alignment of the teeth is largely due to inheritance so basically it is inherited from parents to children. However differences should appear due do one’s life style and diet. When child’s teeth start to fall out and change permanent, most of the times they are uneven but you shouldn’t have to worry. In the process, they are usually uneven but gradually they should fit and settle, so it is unnecessary to have teeth correction at this stage. When all the teeth have changed, let’s think of the treatment. In average, good timing to start teeth correction is at the age of 11. <1> Put KIKKOMAN CHILI PONZU and broth (dashi) in a pot and bring it to boil. Add carrots and onions. Bring it to boil again, turn off the heat and let it cool. <2> Dust the chicken with flour. Heat the grape seed oil in a pan. Slip in the chicken and sauté for a few minutes. Marinate sautéed chicken in 1. <3> Let the chicken marinate for a while and then decorate them with bell peppers and green onions.

Which means, no additional starches, sugars or alcohol are added. Junmai sake’s intense flavor and its low fragrance go perfectly with refreshing vinegar and lemon marinade like the one used to marinate Nanbamzuke.
