Attempting dry January? Try the refreshing sweet pineapple cooler, made with lemon and pineapple juice and topped off with soda water.

This vegetable salad is piled high with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, edamame, cucumber, shaved rainbow carrots, radishes and crispy croutons, all in a signature Champagne vinaigrette.

It’s topped with crunchy fried quinoa and some crumbled salty Greek feta. All the veg is raw which, along with the quinoa, gives the salad a good crunch and texture.
