Quaranzine is a response to the lockdown, and it’s after-effects, through various artistic mediums.
Centred around the theme of connection, the zine reflects the work and feelings of over 30 talented artists, writers, musicians and more through the quarantine period that began at the end of March.
Print version coming soon! All printed zine proceeds will go to MASI - Movement of Asylum Seekers Ireland. Online readers are encouraged to donate to MASI also via PayPal: masilogin@gmail.com. More information is available on their website: http://www.masi.ie
While this zine celebrates the power of creation in isolation, we would like to remind readers that social distancing is a privilege not afforded to those in Direct Provision. Please donate, speak out, and when lockdown is over, agitate against the cruelty of Direct Provision.
Curated by mother marx and mankyy.
Generously supported by the Feminist Supermarket at Ormston House, Limerick.
