Engine Room: International Sound Art exhibition Immerse yourself in soundscapes and audio-visual works by emerging sound artists from across the world. The exhibition features the finalists of the Engine Room: International Sound Art Competition 2017. A programme of performances, talks and film screenings accompany this exhibition.

8 June – 29 June

Between Dog and Wolf: A South London Twilight Writer Jon Newman and artist David Western uncover the histories of three areas of South London: Battersea, Herne Hill and Brighton Road. The exhibition features historical images, archival documents and contemporary watercolours to reflect on vanished localities. A programme of curator talks and walks accompany this exhibition.

Textiles Foundation: End of year Show This exhibition highlights exciting work by students completing Textiles Foundation at Morley College London, across the broad spectrum of textiles practice.

19 July – 26 July

Art Foundation: End of year Show Discover artists of the future in this exhibition featuring work by students completing Art Foundation at Morley College London.

4 May–1 Jun The Engine Room: Jukebox A display of sound art works which received special mention by the panel of judges in the Engine Room.

6–30 Jun Pixel Perfect 2 Morley Digital Media student exhibition showing work by students on a variety of courses, in Digital Media, Film, and Photography.

8 Apr–22 Jun Two Landings Up End-of-course exhibition showing the dynamic and experimental approach taken by Morley Advanced Painting Practice students.

29 Jun–20 Jul Focus City and Guilds Photography end-of-course exhibition with projects from landscape imagery using multiple exposure techniques, to panoramic images documenting the city.

28 Apr–31 May Thinking Through Making The work on display is a snapshot of the outcomes from the Advanced Metal and Constructed Sculpture class at Morley.

6 Jun–7 Jul Colour and Light 2017 This annual show highlights the quality of leaded stained glass produced by Morley students.

The Foyer

24 Apr–26 May Hidden Treasure A display by Morley ceramics students, inspired by the ancient tradition of sacred objects being contained in treasure boxes.

16 Jun–4 Jul Divergent Morley Jewellery Certificate end-of-year show. 10 Jul–4 Sep The Transformative Power of Heat Ceramics by Morley students.

Join us for this special screening of two films by London based artist Beatrice Gibson followed by a Q&A session. Both films draw on the work of the experimental music composer Cornelius Cardew.
