DESIGNATION AND APPLICATION AREA Welding ends ball valves are designated for installation on the pipelines in water and gas supplying systems, for application in heat-power engineering and also in chemical, oil-refining, gas and other industries as a locking device fully blocking liquid and gaseous medium flow. Ball valves made of stainless steel can be used in food industry. The manufacturer has at his disposal a comprehensive informational background on the consequences of working medium influence on different types of materials and can offer its customers a type of ball valve that would fully correspond to all the specified parameters.

DESIGN Single body all-welded ball valve. Reduced bore. Welding ends design. All body component parts are joined by welding. Ball valve is maintenance-free. Design types: MS21.c.2.1 – made of carbon steel. MS21.s.2.1 – made of stainless steel. Free floating ball is sealed with teflon seats. Stem is protected from extrusion and sealed by teflon rings tightened by a press-on bush. Seats are pressed to the ball by spring washers. Teflon gaskets are used to seal the body component parts. Ball valve control is performed manually by turning a handle at an angle of 90˚ up to the full stop. Handle axis is parallel to bore axis so its position indicates ball valve “open” or “closed” state. Ball valve is intended to be installed on the pipeline in any position with working medium flow applied from any direction.
