Sailing Center - Yacht Club Bachelor project of Sailing Center located near Zemborzycki Lake in Poland Lublin University of Technology - 2014
The main purpose was to create a Sailing Centre loctated near Zemborzycki lake that would concentrate all the sailors from my province, give an opportunity to organize large sailing events and be a school for young sailors.
One of the main conditions taken into consideration while analyzing were traffic conditions: mostly high pedestrian and bike traffic density. Sourrounding area is also abundant in different types of greenery, which provides the main context.
New arrangement of the plot provides easy boat access with a slope to the marine. Most of the site area is used to create a park for public use.
The form of the building suits to the context of the place and picturesque surrounding environment. It refers to the shape of the boat. Bullâ€™s - eye windows are inspired by marine features.
View towards water
The building is combined into two parts: public utility and hangar, both combined into one continuous form. Hangar is designed as double height spacious area.
Winery Interior design project Lublin University of Technology - 2013
The main purpose of the project is to create unusual design of space located in the shopping mall. Shape of the area is a cube with a dimensions of 7mx7mx7m, that has been divided into two floors.
Both floors are combined with a one wavy coherent element made out of pine wood. To archieve the goal of creating a friendly space, the winery is divided into two areas: a customer service and tasting area.
Form which is proposed are undulating wooden elements that continuously create few simple parts of interior desing: stairs, ceiling, bench and shelves. Wooden element perfectly goes with concrete finishes as well as with glass railing.
Vertical wine shelves are seamlessly incorporeted into coherent wooden structure. Only basic white furniture are placed inside the interior of winery.
The design is consitent. Only few simple elements are added to this space: lamps and bottle-shaped figures on the wall.
Imortant role in the project plays the light. Some minimalistic and simple lightning elements are placed behind the bar and between wooden parts of the structure.

Close neighbourhood of Lublin main train station is distinctly neglected nowadays. Due to strategic aspect of the area it is essential to introduce significant changes in the area adjacent to the train station building.

The purpose of the project is to create a representative and attractive main square which will serve for tourists as well as designing a multistorey car park to improve exsisting traffic conditions in this area.

The design of the square is an open composition consistiong of essential urban elements that make the space user-friendly.
It is important to keep the scale of the project that is human and simple due to the dominant train station building behind.
Bamboo elevation follows the form and construction of the building. Vertical elements continuously follow all of the ramps of three storey building.
Sections and elevations
Bamboo elevation mounted on the building changes its distances between the bamboo sticks and between the main structure of the garage on every floor.
Recreational Pavilion Small form pavilion near Bystrzyca River in Lublin, Poland Lublin University of Technology - 2011
The purpose of this project was to create a recreational room/area for small children and their parents. It is located in very picturesque valley.
This small building presents simple design combined of two basic forms, crossing each other in the plan and section.
Smaller â€žboxâ€? contains wardrobe, mini bar and toilets, the bigger one offers few attractions for children such as drawing corner or climbing walls.
Form and material finishes of the building suit to the context. Elevations are made out of wood. Large floor-to-ceiling windows enable reach of the sunlight during the day.

Lyngby Lokalstation Proposal for local station, student housing and residental housing DOMUS Arkitekter A/S - 2016
The neighbourhood of Lyngby local staition remains as a green undeveloped area nowadays. The proposal consists of local station expansion, residential housing, kindergarten and student housing located in the highest â€žtowerâ€? building.
The difference in level heights allowed to preserve existing greenery and create another green recreational areas.
The terrain is sloping which allowed designing underground car park and an entrance to the dormitory from another level. Buildings vary in their heights and rise up one by one according to sun studies, not shading the others.
Common space for neighbours was created above the groundfloor level. It has been connected with green common areas.
Green common area connects Lyngby local station with residental housing using the difference in levels. The shape of kindergarten is incorporated in landscape.

The vision is to create a house in which there is proximity and presence -regardless of where you live. It is designed as a building in the form of two units where distances are short between the main housing life as well as the activities.

The diagrams shows: rooms that provide different options of views, green common courtyards and an overview from the center of the bulding towards flats.

Most of the high rooms situated on the groundfloor and large floor-to-ceiling windows let in the daylight from several sides and provide the view and good connection with the surroundings.
The building is situated on the plateau that separates the landscape from the buildingâ€™s outdoor space. Though, the respect to existing greenery and fields is preserved.
Centre of the building is designed as main staircase, lifts, reception and administration. All of the training facilities are connected to the main courtyards with a direct access to them.

Main goal of the proposal is to create a building which is a combination of youth housing for students, as well as smaller housing units for refugees. Groundfloor is designed as open space with common areas with five separate entrances and staicases.
View from the street
Height of the building differs in each of five parts and it is rising towards the direction of the main street. Difference in levels allowed to create green roof tops.
The vision is to create an open building with semi-transparent facade in which exterior is incorporated with interior. Wooden finishes create a warm and plesant atmosphere for habitants.
Living in Light, Valby Renovation project of existing tenement in Gl. Jernbanevej ,Valby DOMUS Arkitekter A/S - 2016
Gl. Jernbanevej is a development project supported by the Ministry of Housing, focusing on optimization of daylight and indoor climate, including additions and renovation of an multistorey house from 1897.

The new roof is designed with integrated solar pannels . It covers two newly added floors consisting of two-storey apartments.
Interior in summer
Main extension added to the building is a facade made out of highly insulated energy glass that provides the dwelling with a maximum amount of light during the dark months. The â€žskinâ€? creates additional space for the balconies .

Egebjergvang, Ballerup Competition of single family housing in Egebjergvang, Ballerup DOMUS Arkitekter A/S - 2015
Project consists of 32 houses in total. There are 28 4-room apartments of 115m2 area and 4 houses of 85m2 area. There are 5 different types of housing with few variants which relies on mirroring and location of the building.
Types of housing
The buildings represents the traditional Scandinavian look with minimalistic use of materials.
All types of the apartments are designed either with an access to the private garden or each own terrace.
Følager Competition for day care and housing for elderly people DOMUS Arkitekter A/S - 2015
Følager consists of 94 flats for elderly people and 25 flats for the blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind. Følager offers also leisure activities for residents including café and production kitchen - as well as for senior citizens of Copenhagen.
Life in FĂ¸lager combines home equity and accessibility. It allows to live a normal life for partially sighted and blind people where they can move safely and are involved into social life.
Materials designed for building construction are concrete, corten steel, corten expanded metal and dark facade panels with distinctive greenery.
