Work Distribution Assignment Sheet

Group Contract Team Price

Meetings: o Attendance at meetings is mandatory for all members of the group.  We will meet at the pre-determined time at the couch in studio unless otherwise specified.  If for some reason a member cannot attend a meeting, they should tell at least one other group member in advance that they will not be at the meeting.  Failure to attend meetings will result in tasks being assigned to you to still be done by the deadline. o During meetings, each member is entitled to speak and finish their thoughts. o Meeting time is when we will agree on set tasks for each group member to complete individually or in small groups. o All decisions should be made using a simple majority vote.

Deadlines: o All weekly work will be due by Wednesday at 10pm. From ten to midnight, we will revise and discuss the completed work.  If any particular task is not completed by the agreed deadline, it is the whole groups responsibility to finish that task.  If a group member finds out that later that their assigned task is more than they can handle, it is their responsibility to find help in order to finish on time. o A group folder will be on the archpcserver for all relevant work to be accessed by all members. Expenses: o Expenses towards this project are the individual’s responsibility. o What each member spends has to be documented by receipts.  Receipts are to be put in the receipts folder in studio with the name of the person who made the purchase on it.  If there are multiple items on the receipt, and not all pertain to M&A, highlight the items that are for the group.  If you do not keep the receipts, we cannot divide the costs evenly between all of the members of the group.
