L’unico modo per fare un buon lavoro è amare ciò che fai.
La Falegnameria Piccolotto nasce nel 1960 come impresa artigiana. Il suo fondatore, Carlo Piccolotto, realizzava serramenti in legno di vario genere: finestre, portefinestre e chiusure esterne. Negli anni trasmette ai figli Antonio e Luca la passione per il legno e la voglia di crescere portandoli, nel 1989 ad avviare, assieme, una nuova attività seguendo le orme del padre. La determinazione e l’apprezzamento della clientela fanno si che l’azienda cresca nel tempo sino all’esigenza di ampliare l’attività. Nel 2010 viene inaugurata la nuova sede che, con i suoi 2080 mq, permette di avere più spazio per progettare e realizzare serramenti su misura in
base alle esigenze di ogni singolo committente. La nuova sede è inoltre provvista di uno splendido showroom che permette al cliente di toccare con mano una vasta gamma di prodotti nelle varie essenze, finiture e stili. La continua voglia di migliorarsi e di stare al passo coi tempi porta l’azienda, nel 2014, alla decisione di rinnovare la propria immagine adottando il nome Piccolotto Serramenti.

Falegnameria Piccolotto was born in 1960 as a handcrafted business. Its founder was Carlo Piccolotto, who created wood doors and windows of every type: windows, French windows and exterior shutters. During the years he gave his sons, Antonio and Luca, the passion for wood and the desire to grow bringing them to start together, in 1989, a new business, following their father’s footsteps. Thanks to the determination and the appreciation of customers, the company grows more and more until the necessity of extending the business. In 2010 the new headquarters of 2080 square meters is inaugurated and allows to have more space to plan and
realize customized doors and windows, according to the necessities of every single buyer. The new headquarters is also equipped with an amazing showroom which gives the customer the opportunity to see first-hand a big selection of products of different essences, finishes and styles. The continuous desire to improve and move with the times brings the company, in 2014, to renew its image, adopting the name Piccolotto Serramenti.

IMAGO è un serramento di tipo alzante scorrevole con un design minimale, ideato per fondere l’interno con l’esterno per dare una sensazione di annullamento di confine dello spazio. L’eliminazione del traverso inferiore dell’anta fissa e la posa complanare al pavimento allarga lo spazio, rendendo il panorama protagonista dell’ambiente. L’alloggiamento del vetro è creato in un sottile profilo in alluminio e la guida di scorrimento è incassata nel telaio così da nascondere alla vista ogni elemento funzionale. Grazie all’integrazione di ferramenta all’avanguardia IMAGO garantisce isolamento termico, resistenza agli agenti atmosferici e sicurezza antieffrazione.
IMAGO is a lift and slide door, with a minimalist design, created to blend the inside with the outside to give a sensation of obliteration of the space limit. The elimination of the lower transom of the fixed sash and the coplanar laying to the floor broaden the space, giving to the landscape the main role in the environment. I nostri PORTONCINI offrono ampia possibilità di scelta di tipologie e stili. Si possono avere portoni d’ingresso lisci, spazzolati e dogati, ad arco, con vetri e specchi e vengono altresì eseguiti portoni d’ingresso complanari con cerniere a scomparsa. Realizziamo, inoltre, lavorazioni su misura con finiture personalizzate in base alla richiesta di ogni singolo cliente. I nostri portoncinoi si distinguono grazie alla struttura interna rinforzata da due tubolari in ferro da 70x30 mm coibentati, listelli alternati a isolante, e rivestimento esterno in essenza. La ferramenta di sostegno ha una portata di 160 kg; per la sicurezza installiamo una serratura di sicurezza con cilindro antistrappo in acciaio.
Our ENTRANCE DOORS offer a wide selection of types and styles. It is possible to have many entrance doors: smooth, brushed, with staves, arched, with glasses or mirrors; coplanar entrance doors with rollaway hinges are made too. We also make customized production with personalized finishes based on the demand of every client. Our entrance doors are distinguishable thanks to the inner structure reinforced by two insulated iron 70x30 mm pipes, battens alternating with insulation material, and wood species external covering. The support hardware has a capacity of 160 kg; for safety we install a security lock with anti-wrench steel cylinder.

Proponiamo varie tipologie di CHIUSURE OSCURANTI che si possono differenziare per il legno, l’apertura, lo stile e il fissaggio. Per una tipologia moderna del serramento il legno più utilizzato è l’okumè, un pannello in multi strato da 40 mm che si adatta a varie tipologie di lavorazione personalizzabili a gusto e richiesta del cliente. Si può optare, altrimenti, per scuri più tradizionali in legno di larice o rovere sui quali vengono eseguite lavorazioni più artigianali come scandole o doghe.
We offer various types of EXTERIOR SHUTTERS that change based on the wood, the opening, the style and the fixation. For modern types of windows and doors, the most used wood is the okumè, a multi layered panel of 40 mm that adapts to various types of customized productions according to the taste and the request of the client. It is possible to opt, otherwise, for more traditional shutters in larch or oak, on which more handcrafted works are made, such as shingles and staves.

Le PORTE INTERNE di nostra produzione sono eseguite in qualsiasi essenza; dalle più tradizionali (noce nazionale o biondo, ciliegio, rovere ecc.) a quelle più moderne e di tendenza (abete e rovere sbiancato o laccato spazzolato, frassino laccato a poro aperto, larice sbiancato). Le porte hanno uno spessore di 49 mm, sono provviste di guarnizione acustica, serratura magnetica, cerniere a scomparsa o tradizionali a vista di acciaio e dal coprifilo complanare a incastro. La struttura interna è in abete giuntato a pettine da 60x40 mm, tamburata con MDF da 4 mm dotato di un’anima in cartoncino a nido d’ape da 40 mm, placcata in essenza con impiallaccio da 10/10. La cassa è in listellare di abete da 48 mm. Alle varie tipologie di essenze vanno ad aggiungersi tutte le lavorazioni che si possono effettuare in fasi di giunzione del tranciato: venature orizzontali, verticali, oblique. La produzione include anche porte con incisioni e pantografatura, nonché inserti in alluminio di varie dimensioni e disposizioni. Su richiesta del cliente sono eseguite porte con tinte a campione da abbinare come spesso accade a pavimenti e arredamenti. Tutta la nostra produzione è eseguita con macchinari a controllo numerico ma la fase di finitura è effettuata rigorosamente a mano per garantire la qualità del manufatto.
Our INTERNAL DOORS are made in every material; from the most traditional (national or blonde walnut, cherry-wood, oak, etc) to the most modern and trendy ones (fir and bleached or varnished brushed oak, open-pore varnished ash, bleached larch). The doors have a thickness of 49 mm, they are equipped with acoustic seal, magnetic lock, rollaway hinges or traditional exposed steel hinges and coplanar snap-fitting casing. The internal structure is 60x40 mm and in finger jointed fir, with MDF of 4 mm, equipped with a 40 mm paper honeycomb core, plated with a 10/10 wood veneer. The case is in 48 mm fir. In addition to the various types of materials, there are also all the processings that can be made during the junction phase of the cut: horizontal, vertical, oblique grains. The production includes also engraved and pantographed doors, as well as aluminum inserts of various sizes and arrangements. At client’s request, doors with sample colors are made to match, as often happens, with floors and furniture. All our production is made with numerical control machines, but the finishing phase is conducted rigorously by hand to guarantee the quality of the product.
