Introduction When speaking about sustainability, the first words to pop in mind would be environment, eco-friendly, green thinking, CSR, etc... Indeed, sustainability has displayed all of the former concepts since it entailed perennial economic growth, fundamental commitment to the environment as a whole by both preserving natural resources for the next generation & setting the bases for fair-minded social behaviors.

However, whatâ€&#x;s the link between sustainability & creativity? How could it increase a companyâ€&#x;s competitiveness within an instable & highly challenging environment? How do industries such as luxury, hospitality management & design get out while the going is good? What is really at stake? How remain profitable while improving their image? Those are the main issues our event is meaning to deal with. Our press kit might give you a few hints. However, if you are looking for practical answers & strategies, then sharing our expertsâ€&#x; knowledge & professional best practices, through debates & case studies, is the way to go!

The luxury industry is currently at a turning point: decrease in the upper middle-class‟s purchasing power, fiercer competition (new local Chinese luxury brands), shift in customers‟ values, perceptions & expectations… Thus, it is becoming harder & harder to keep customers‟ loyalty (surprise them), remain competitive & innovative (R&D) and maintain a positive brand image at the same time.

What does it have to do with sustainability? Easy. Have a closer look to what luxury is about: time, high quality, long lasting items (Kelly bags go through whole generations), savoir-faire and emotion. All concepts that are very similar to the way we define sustainability. Hence, both worlds make a perfect match.

By using a creative approach to it, brands will be able to: Promote both product & brand image,  Save costs on the long run,  Meet both the staff & the customers‟ values,  Develop a competitive asset 
