Be Radiant with health on Your Big Day!

One statement we commonly hear from women is “I don’t have time to take care of myself.” Please replace that thought with “I can’t afford not to take care of myself.” On your wedding day, you want to radiate beauty. You want to glow with happiness and love. This is accomplished by living a healthy lifestyle in the months prior to your wedding day. It takes less time to follow a health and beauty regimen than you think; just a few minutes per day, or about an hour per week. The following suggestions will help energize you during the process of planning your wedding. The details of your perfect day will be accomplished in less time,

all while looking and feeling radiant. Up to one year before the wedding: • Pick your hairstyle so you have time to start growing into it, if needed. Start getting trims as often as your stylist recommends.
