I am working in Publicis Sapient for the last four years, so consider it as Publicis Sapient review as well on the below points: 1. Brand value: Publicis Sapient is part of Publicis Groupe, which is a 95 years old conglomerate. Publicis Groupe has been organizing a global tech event called Viva Tech for the last five years. In 2021, our Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a keynote address besides the Presidents of France and Spain at this event. Besides, Publicis Groupe is also one of the Big Four Advertising Agencies in the world and hence a leader in Marketing, Media and Digital Transformation. It has one of the best work cultures to thrive in the market. Publicis Sapient has inherited impeccable work ethics and people policies from its parent organization. 2. Work Culture: In the last 4 years, I have experienced satisfactory work culture here. The work environment in the office is cool and collaborative. Team bonding is great with open conversations and well-defined processes. I received gifts and evening snacks multiple times as a token of our hard work during the last six months. My friend in the Java project also got a similar appreciation last month, so I feel the work culture is similar there. Also, Publicis Sapient is an employee-first company, where special care is taken for nurturing and appreciating people. Managers ensure the work-life balance is maintained for people. Publicis Sapient is always hiring people to level workload and has a good future outlook. 3. Learning Opportunities and Salary: Publicis Sapient provides salary as per market standards in all profiles. If you are joining as an experienced professional, be sure to negotiate wisely. And do not worry about learning opportunities. Publicis Sapient has partnered with LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Adobe, AWS, Microsoft, O’Reilly and Coursera for certifications and courses. Hence, you can choose your learning path on a vast variety of platforms.
