Record Sale for West Wollongong The sale of 42 Dempster Street, West Wollongong has been recorded in the history books as the highest ever house sale in the suburb. The unique 5 bedroom home went under the hammer in April, however, was passed in. Immediately after the auction agent Daniel Hastings began negotiating with a party who was unable to bid at auction. Shortly afterwards the record breaking deal was sealed.
