SPIRE: What are your turn ons? Elizabeth: I love a "Good" guy. Someone smart, out-going, loving, has a healthy life style, and is spiritual. Everything else I can teach! SPIRE: What nationality are you? Elizabeth: Guess? Mexicana! Born in the U.S. but parents from Mexico. SPIRE: What do you do with your free time? Elizabeth: I don't have much free time because I'm always working but when I do, I love to run (intense work out), hang out with my family, and/or go out dancing. SPIRE: What kind of clothing on a guy would catch your attention? Elizabeth: It’s not the clothing that makes me look; it’s their energy that turns my head. SPIRE: What would you wear to seduce a man? Elizabeth: Every man is different. I would just use my eyes and my smile (winks).

SPIRE: What’s the perfect date if someone was to take you out? Elizabeth: A love a dinner, followed by something spontaneous. SPIRE: If a guy had 5 minutes to get your attention, what should he do? Elizabeth: Stand OUT! Makes some noise or something (laughs). SPIRE: Have you ever made the first move on a guy? Elizabeth: Not physically BUT mentally yes. SPIRE: What’s your sexiest feature? Elizabeth: Most say my eyes and smile. SPIRE: If you weren’t a model what would you be? Elizabeth: I have a BA in Liberal Studies, so I would be a teacher right now. Probably working with Elementary kids. SPIRE: Where do you think men go wrong with women? Elizabeth: Women are so easy to love! And once you love them right, a man will have it all. Just "KNOW" your woman. SPIRE: What is the weirdest thing that ever happened to you? Elizabeth: I have so many stories! I was at a photo shoot and the photographer kept getting closer and closer with the camera. Then he stole a kiss! That was weird and then I had to slap him. SPIRE: How did you get into the whole modelling scene? Elizabeth: At the time MySpace was around and a modelling agency asked me if I wanted to attend their casting. I did and everything else fell into place. I was attending CSU Chico at the time and didn't have any intentions of modelling, but I guess things happen for a reason. SPIRE: One bedroom tip for men? Elizabeth: Treat it like it’s your first (smiles).

THE MAN CAVE is a metaphor describing a room inside the house where "guys can do as they please" without fear of upsetting any female sensibility about house decor or design - has been deemed as a male sanctuary, such as a specially equipped garage, spare bedroom, media room, den, or basement. Man caves have multiple purposes: they are a place to be alone, to be away from women and from female sensibilities, to indulge in hobbies, and to hang out with male friends. It is, loosely, a male-only space to retreat to watch sports matches, or play video games. The general architectural and design trend is for men to take traditionally male-only spaces, and enhance them with improvements and masculine aesthetic choices. Man caves can be equipped with accessories such as refrigerators, vending machines, putting greens, kegerators, giant TVs, musical instruments including gear such as microphone stands and amplifiers, pool tables, boxing rings, and entertainment centers. Dan Hechtkopf and Reid Heidenry of South Beach Investment Realty - two of the top luxury real estate specialists in the city of Miami, break down the ‘Top 10 Man Cave Essentials’.

Television - A man cave is all about relaxing, turning your brain off and kicking back. If you’re a sports fan, the TV is even more imperative.

Bar - Having a drink is important.

Kegerator - A great man cave always has something on tap. If you can’t afford a bar, strive for a kegerator. Still too expensive? Do you have an old fridge? Get a conversion kit instead. Recliner - A comfy landing for your tired feet is a must. This is the best spot in the house for sports watching as well.

Your Lobby - What do you do to relax – to get away from the stressors of everyday life? Whatever your passion may be, represent it in your space. Gaming Console - Playstation, Xbox, Wii – Please make sure you have it close by in your cave. Table Games - Whether it’s pool, ping pong, foosball, or air hockey, you've got to have a table game when your eyes grow tired of the TV. Team Gear - What’s your sport and team? Make sure people know with memorabilia hanging inside your cave. Refrigerator - If you’re more of a bottles and cans kind of guy, go with a mini fridge to stock your favorite suds.

Favorite Booze - Is it wine, beer, a special whiskey or cocktail? Whatever it is, keep it close by, so whenever you’re in need, you have it within reach.

GETTING KICKED IN THE NUTS The Breakdown & how to Ease the Pain

It's a widely known fact that getting kicked in the balls is painful. Albeit outwardly funny to others, internally, there's actually a lot of going on. Dr. Mirza, has outlined what REALLY happens starting from the moment the foot makes contact to the final step being when the body is recovered from the blow. 1. The moment the foot makes contact with the groin, warning signals are sent to the brain at approximately 265 miles per hour. 2. Signals from the brain are then sent down the spine and into the groin and abdominal area. 3. Neurotransmitters called Substance P that alert the brain that it's feeling pain are then released from within the testicles.

5. The brain releases endorphins, leading to decreased oxygen levels within the brain, which typically causes a throbbing headache and sometimes nausea. 6. Because signals are also sent to the abdominal area, as this area shares the same set of pain receptors with the groin, the physical response would likely be holding onto the stomach and bending over and/or falling to the ground and going into the fetal position. 7. Rapid heart rate, increased body temperature and sweating would also likely occur.

8. The testicles would swell and the skin of the scrotum would appear red and feel tender/sore. 9. For some, a part of the brain called the cervical sympathetic ganglia would be activated, which controls the salivary glands of the face, resulting in tearing or crying. 10. The inner ears could also experience a change in fluids, resulting in dizziness, which would also contribute to the response of lying on the ground with the knees bent or in the fetal position. 11. Abdominal pain paired with nausea and dizziness could also lead to throwing up, depending on the severity of the kick and the individual's unique response. 12. While lying down on one's back, equilibrium can begin to be reestablished as blood can flow

more easily to the brain, providing it with the oxygen it needs to relieve the headache and nausea, as well as deactivating the sympathetic ganglia that caused dizziness and crying/tearing. 13. Lying down would allow chemical and physical responses within the body and brain to slow down and gradually return to a normal state, however, a substantial amount of fluids could have been depleted due to intense sweating and throwing up. If this is the case, this person would need to replenish with fluids and get adequate rest in order to make a full recovery. 14. Depending on the severity of the kick, a person could suffer a variety of injuries to the groin area, which would need to be assessed by a qualified medical professional.

Page 15 SPIRE

4. Substance P travels from the testicles up through the spinal column into the brain and is then processed by the part of the brain called the somatosensory cortex, which is responsible for processing physical sensations.

7 Cancer Symptoms That Men Ignore

Listening and paying attention to your body for symptoms is just as important as going to the doctor for normal checkups. Dr. Mirza, a certified general practitioner, men's health expert, states that these symptoms are what potentially bring the patient to the doctor’s office or at least motivates the patient to do research on their own to ultimately discover that they indeed have a health issue that needs addressing.

There is an old standby for first dates, which usually includes dinner and a movie, and while there is nothing particularly wrong with this date idea, it tends to be… well…boring. Luckily, the matchmakers at It’s Just Lunch have come up with some clever ideas to guarantee a first date that will leave her wanting a second.

1. Frequent and painful urination Painful and frequent urination and/or incomplete emptying of the bladder are symptoms that could indicate prostate cancer. 2. Testicle size Any notable change in testicle size, either bigger or smaller could be a symptom of testicular cancer. 3. Changes in skin pigmentation Discoloring of the skin and/or noticeable spots on the skin could be symptoms of skin cancer. 4. Abdominal pain paired with depression These symptoms together have been found in men who were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. 5. Persistent cough or a cough that brings up blood Aggressive and consistent coughing that bring up blood are symptoms of lung cancer, although lung cancer often doesn’t produce symptoms until its later stages. 6. Blood in the stool, nausea, indigestion, and abdominal pain Any of these could be symptoms of colon and/or stomach cancer. 7. Blood in the urine This could be a symptom of bladder cancer.

* Go for a hike. This allows you plenty of time to talk and get to know one another without having to stare at each other from across a table. While this may seem a little down and dirty for the first day, it offers a relaxed atmosphere that takes some pressure off. * Take a cooking class. It’s always fun to learn something new with someone special. A cooking class gives you the opportunity to be flirty and creative while enjoying the benefits of your labor. * Play tourist. Do you live in a cool city and tend to forget it? Pack a picnic and spend the day exploring and strolling around town together. This is guaranteed to trigger easy conversation topics. * Try a new dish. If a dinner date still sounds comforting, try a new cuisine that you and your date can experience together for the first time. This gives you a fun conversation starter and an experience to remember.

Friends with benefits – Why? Ideally, a regular relationship should be based on closeness, love, romance, shared responsibilities lust, trust and happiness. Unfortunately, not all interpersonal relationships happen to be like that. After a while, romance and lust are often substituted by frequent arguments, boredom and decrease of sex, trust issues, dependency and infidelity. So how is having casual sex with your friend better than hooking up with a stranger for one night? Having a one-night-stand is free of any responsibilities for the most part, but lacks affection, while a relationship in its regular form offers

comfort, yet often loses its sexual spark after a while. In theory, many individuals, especially men, are very much in favor of this type of casual relationship, but does it really work? Advantages & Disadvantages of hooking up with your friend: + No to little shared responsibilities: The only thing you are really responsible for in this relationship is using protection – no common daily chores, no arguing about the family vacation budget. + It's fun. And exciting. Being friends with benefits mostly means hot and steamy dates when both parties feel like it –without obligations. + Hey, after all it's just your friend. Sleeping with a good friend generally offers more trust and affection than sleeping with a complete stranger, that may turn out to be a scary stalker in

the worst case scenario. - You'll probably never hear “I love you”. Even though this casual relationship can give affection to some, it is not likely to be the “full-on, loving” experience. Some people may feel like they may be missing out on something crucial. - What about the friendship? As exciting as the hook-up may be, once it ends you don't only lose a casual lover, but a good friend as well. - What if they/I fall in love? In this case, it's a “make or break” situation – either you become “real” lovers or you lose the friendship. Being friends with benefits can be exciting – yet the parties should be entirely sure that hooking up casually with each other is really all they want and expect; they should also be aware of the fact that they may be risking their friendship.

Page 29 SPIRE

Being in a committed relationship can be fun – but it doesn't have to be. With divorce rates on the rise and difficult longterm relationships, being “friends with benefits” - implies having casual sex with a friend, yet not having an exclusive relationship with them.

1.SQUATS Fitness phenom, AL KAVADLO, known for his street workouts, yogi lifestyle, extreme strength training and top selling novels. He has also just come out with a new book (his 4th) “Stretching Your Boundaries” which has hit #1 on Amazon’s Top Exercise & Fitness list. His whole idea behind fitness is that you can workout absolutely anywhere and you don’t have to go to a gym to be fit. He believes that fitness is not a short-term goal, but a life-long journey and lifestyle. Al Kavadlo has created the perfect ANYWHERE Work-Out to whip your body into shape. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Engage your core and brace your back as you lower your butt towards your heels and raise your arms straight out in front of you. Keep your chest tall and chin up. Aim to get your hips below your knees before returning to the top position.

Get into a horizontal position facing the ground with your palms on the floor below your shoulders and your feet together. Keep your body in a straight line from your toes to the back of your head as you lower your chest to the ground and press yourself back to the top position. Be careful to avoid bending at the hips. Beginners should start from their knees instead of their toes to reduce the difficulty.

Grasp an overhead bar with your palms facing away from your body. Brace your trunk and avoid shrugging your shoulders as you bend your arms and pull your chest toward the bar. Lower yourself back down with control. Beginners may use an exercise band or a step to provide assistance if necessary.

The biggest thing holding back most people from losing weight are the myths and misconceptions they have about dieting. Although they have good intentions about getting healthy, they’re stuck in the beliefs they’ve been brainwashed with for years – the beliefs that are keeping them fat, sluggish, sick and unmotivated to change. Steve Siebold, an author known for his ‘tough love’ approach to weight loss and dieting, who is author of the new book, Fat Loser! Mental Toughness Training for Dieters, breaks down some of the most common weight loss myths:

4.HANGING LEG RAISES While hanging from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, slowly curl your hips forward and raise your legs up and out in front of your body until they are parallel to the ground. Carefully lower them back to a full extension, being mindful not to swing or create momentum. Beginners should start by bringing the thighs parallel to the ground with bent knees before attempting the straight-leg variant. More advanced practitioners may add trunk rotation for an additional challenge and/or try to lift the legs above parallel.

Myth: I can cheat on my diet Truth: Imagine informing your spouse you’ve been 99% faithful in your marriage. You wouldn’t be shocked at the incredulous reaction, yet we’ve been brainwashed to believe diets are different. They’re not! Success with your diet means 100% commitment, and that’s why most people don’t succeed. Myth: I can start over on Monday Truth: Start-stop syndrome is a common cause of weight-loss failure. This instills the belief that time is unlimited, and another opportunity will be available to become healthy. Tell that to the millions of Americans who have had heart attacks, cancer and diabetes caused by obesity. Today is all you have.

5.REVERSE PLANKS Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you and your palms on the ground just outside your hips. Press your hands into the floor and lift yourself up by contracting your hamstrings, glutes and other posterior musculature. Drop your head back, press your chest up and try to look behind you. You’ll wind up looking like an upside-down plank. Hold this position for time.

Myth: I’m so ashamed to be on a diet Truth: Dieting is something to be proud of. In fact, tell everyone you know and shout it from the rooftops. Part of losing weight is being proud of the discipline it requires to become fit and stay that way. Don’t be brainwashed by the thinking of the masses. Think for yourself and be proud of declaring war on poor eating habits. Myth: I look good with a little meat on my bones Truth: If you want to successfully lose weight, it’s time to become brutally honest with yourself. When you want to become better at something, look at it through the eyes of objective reality, and don’t let emotion cloud your judgment. Take a good look in the mirror and stop lying to yourself. If you’re going to win this battle, you have to identify the enemy, and the enemy is you.

Page 57 SPIRE

Myth: Diets just don’t work for me Truth: People don’t work. People have a difficult time accepting their own behavior so they blame their diet. That’s no different than a college graduate begging for money on the street and then blaming the school for his failure to succeed. Grow up emotionally and develop the mental toughness to stick to a diet once and for all.

It will come as no surprise to most people to discover that cannabis is the most widely used drug in the western world. What may come as a surprise, however, is to learn that smoking cannabis is one of the main factors in developing a mental illness. Many people see smoking the odd joint as a relatively harmless thing to do, indeed many do not even see it as a drug. Psychiatric nurses would argue against this passionately. The young men they see coming through the doors of the acute psychiatric services, terrified, hiding in corners, seeing giant monsters and their own personal demons is a common sight. You would think that these people have a history of mental illness, that they are chronic drug users and schizophrenics. Sadly this is not always the case. In too many cases, just one joint is enough to cause drug induced psychosis and other mental illnesses.

Page 58 SPIRE

The Facts About Cannabis Dr Brian Boettcher, a consultant psychiatrist who specialises in drug induced mental illness, states that it would be a big mistake to categorise marijuana as a 'soft' option. The active ingredient in cannabis that has a direct effect upon the brain is called Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. The more THC there is in the substance, whether the synthetic or herbal product, the higher the risk of severe, and unpleasant, effects on the brain. Whilst for some users cannabis produces nothing more than a pleasant, sleepy and mildly euphoric experience, for others the effects can be devastating. A recent influx of a type of cannabis called sinsemilla that has flooded the country contains 2-3 times more THC than usual types of cannabis. These levels of THC can damage the synapses in the brain, making it difficult for messages to be passed along through the brains nervous system. Drug induced psychosis is a frightening experience and is categorized by the international classification of disease as a severe mental health problem with a number of symptoms and a variety of outcomes. How Common is Drug Induced Psychosis It is difficult to get an accurate picture of the scale of the problem of drug induced psychosis (DIP). Anecdotal evidence would appear to be at variance with the few statistics that there are regarding DIP.

In England it was estimated that 19.1 % of admissions to the psychiatric services in March 2006 were related to drug induced psychosis, whereas staff in some adult acute admissions would put the number at much higher. Part of the problem is that many people do not admit having taken drugs due to fears of police involvement or, more commonly, they do not mention cannabis as it does not occur to people that it could cause such harm. This means the official numbers are perhaps not a true reflection of the reality. What is not in question, however, is that taking cannabis can cause drug induced psychosis. Short term prognosis and symptoms of Drug Induced Psychosis The symptoms of psychosis are painful to witness, and terrifying to experience. They involve visual hallucinations (usually of a frightening or violent nature), auditory hallucinations (hearing voices), Depersonalisation (the belief that you are another person other than yourself), anxiety, paranoia, violent feelings and an inexplicable feeling of fear. Often people have no memory of what they did, or experienced during their psychosis. People have described it as losing a part of themselves. Cannabis stays in the system longer than most drugs as, according to the Royal College of psychiatrists, more than 50% of the drug absorbed in the blood is stored in the body's fatty tissue. The brain, however, clears itself of the drug sooner than this. The short term prognosis is good as, once treated with an antipsychotic such as Olanzapine, Chlorpromazine, Risperidone or Haliperidol, individuals can return to full health. What is most concerning is what damage has been done in the mean time. Long Term Prognosis There is a proven link between the chronic use of cannabis and the development of schizophrenia, sometimes years later. A study done in Britain in 2009 showed that a third of those admitted to acute psychiatric units with drug induced psychosis later went on to develop Schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is an incurable and chronic illness that causes the sufferer to lose touch with reality. Sufferers experience a variety of symptoms including hallucinations and chronic and fixed

by Catherine Monk delusions. The illness also causes people to become extremely depressed, failing to take an interest in any thing around them. They are often viewed as 'odd' as those around them. Most worryingly is the fact that the highest suicide rates are amongst young, male schizophrenics. Many people suffering are unable to work and, despite treatment; do not enjoy a high quality of life. The Cognitive Impact of Taking Cannabis The royal college of psychiatry states that there is irrefutable evidence that long term cannabis use causes a decline in cognitive function. The evidence shows that, over time, an individual’s ability and motivation to concentrate and to learn and to retain information is seriously compromised. This is due to the erosion of the neurons in the brain vital to passing on information that have been interrupted by cannabis use. This is of particular impact and concern in adolescence. Addiction and getting help

Contrary to common belief, cannabis is addictive and the withdrawal symptoms can be hard to deal with. They include irritability, mood changes, appetite disturbance, weight loss, difficulty sleeping, sweating and diarrhoea. Thankfully these symptoms only last a week or so, however if you are finding it difficult to come off cannabis, go to your doctor. No doctor will report you to the police or any other authority if you are going to them for help. The oath that they are bound by prevents them from doing this. If you are still unsure about going to a doctor, there are a number of help lines you can contact to discuss the feelings you are experiencing. These phone lines are confidential. Cannabis can ruin lives as it not only affects the individual but those around them. Giving up cannabis could save you from serious mental health problems later in life, indeed the next joint you smoke may land you in hospital. You have to ask yourself if it's worth the risk?

From one of the lead singers for The Pussycat Dolls, Kaya Jones has not only moved on to become a successful solo artist, but also the youngest female in history to start her own record label, HueMan Race Records. SPIRE Magazine sits down with the singing bombshell for this exclusive One on One interview. SPIRE: Hi Kaya, WOW, You’re 5’11”, beautiful, talented, intelligent, do guys find you intimidating? Kaya: That’s a very sweet compliment, but you’d have to ask them. SPIRE: You’re a former member of the Pussycat Dolls, what was that like? Kaya: That was a world win journey. SPIRE: You auditioned and beat thousands of girls into the group, that must have felt very satisfying? Kaya: It definitely was nerve racking. The elimination process was nerve racking. I was constantly holding my breath, praying I would finally make it. SPIRE: What was the hardest thing about being a pussycat doll? Kaya: The hardest thing about being a Pussycat Doll was holding back my artistic expression. SPIRE: You left the group to pursue your own career, what was the reason you left? Kaya: Ultimately there were many reasons for me leaving the group but the main reason, was not wanting my artistic freedom compromised. SPIRE: Any regret in leaving? Kaya: No. No regrets with anything that I’ve done in my life.

what separates me is my sound and my vibe. No one can do you better than you, so it’s important as an artist to stay true to you. SPIRE: Tell us about some of the countries you’ve toured in? Kaya: I’d have the pleasure of being the only artist to tour in 15 out of the 18 cities in China. My Chinese fans told me this. Singapore is also really beautiful. I had pleasure of Touring all over Europe from Italy to Geneva to the Middle East to Canada and all over the United States. I’m really looking forward to seeing the rest of the world. SPIRE: You’ve also dabbled into modeling, it’s not hard to see why, how did you find that? Kaya: I got into modeling when I was about 9 or 10 years old and I’ve been really blessed to be able to do it in between my music career. I want to thank my parents because it’s not really about my talents, it’s more about genetics. It feels weird because I’m a firm believer in brains and or talent and with modeling its strange because it’s something that we can’t help because it’s based off something that we’re born with. I’m thankful to have modeled because fashion is one of my passions. I’m grateful to have had the opportunities that I’ve had, I truly adore the fashion industry.

SPIRE: Your solo now, how does that feel? Kaya: Incredible! I’m aware of everything that is going on. I’ve just launched my own label.

SPIRE: You’ve been featured in magazines all over the world, what’s it like to pick up a magazine and see yourself in it? Kaya: Weird! It’s cool, definitely cool but it can be kind of weird.

SPIRE: So many beautiful blondes in the music industry, what separates you? Kaya: Well, thank you for including me in the bunch. What I believe separates me is who I am. I think that there is room in the industry for everyone. I believe

SPIRE: Sitting on the coach, your video clip comes up, what goes through your mind? Kaya: Yay! Let’s dance. Awesome.

Page 67 SPIRE

“The hardest thing about being a Pussycat Doll was holding back my artistic expression.”

“A lot of my fans don’t know that for a year with my mother we were homeless”

SPIRE: What about when you’re driving with some friends, you’re listening to the radio and your track gets played? Kaya: It feels awesome, it feels like all your hard work has finally paid off. Then you’re kind of holding your breathe hoping everyone else loves it as much as you do. SPIRE: What’s your nationality background? Kaya: My father is Native American and my mother is Jamaican. SPIRE: Tell us one thing that fans possibly may not know about you? I was homeless. A lot of my fans don’t know that for a year with my mother we were homeless living in motels and then eventually living in a transient home. When something like this happens to you, you never forget it and I feel really blessed and humbled to be where I am today. SPIRE: Describe yourself in one sentence? Kaya: Animal loving, carefree, strong, independent, focused, passionate, athletic, artistic, funny, driven and honest! Me! SPIRE: Apart from the singing sensation, the beautiful model, what does Kaya Jones do? Kaya: I run my career, I didn’t have a record label behind me so I started my own label. When no one else believes in you, you have to believe in yourself. There wasn’t a bridge for me so I built one. I had to get my music to the fans and to the people and that’s what Hueman Race Records is. Now with this company not only am I helping my music, but I hope to help many artists that don’t have a label. My label is about artists who can’t get in the door and helping them find a voice and getting them to the fans not holding them back. SPIRE: What do you have a weakness for? Kaya: Chips and salsa! I am a huge fan of food, but my weakness is always going to be junk food. SPIRE: You have an incredible figure, how do you maintain it? Kaya: I’m a firm believer in working out and believe diet food is for lazy people. I want to taste all of the food I don’t want to taste cardboard. So I’m a firm believer in going to the gym at least I try my best. I like to eat, so I would pick eating over going to the gym any day. Thankfully I dance in my show because I love to eat.

SPIRE: With so many great body features, what do you think is your sexiest feature? Kaya: My breast! Because unlike a lot of people in Hollywood mine are real, I’m a 33D, that’s where all my chips and salsa go. SPIRE: I gotta ask, have you ever needed to make the first move on a guy? Kaya: No I’m a lady I think you should make him work for it! But going in for a kiss now and then it’s okay! SPIRE: For all the guys reading, a guy has 5 minutes to get your attention, what should he do? Kaya: Don’t cat call “Yo, Yo”. Just walk right up to me and start a conversation, but you better be smart or funny or both. I look at brains over beauty because one day the beauty will leave, so make sure you have a brain. SPIRE: Not that it would take much, but what would you wear to seduce a guy? Kaya: A really tight white t-shirt or tank top and some tight jeans, or a really nice classy dress. I think always leaving something to the imagination is classy. You can see my curves, I don’t need to show you all of them. SPIRE: If you weren’t an artist, what would you be? Kaya: A lawyer is the right thing to say, but maybe a cruise line director, bartender, a grocery food proprietor. A fabulous gay man who’s a drag queen, Oh Wait! That’s an artist too, never mind! SPIRE: Did you ever think you would reach these heights as an artist? Kaya: Higher! (laughs) Higher! (laughs). SPIRE: For people looking to follow in your footsteps, what the best advice you could give them? Kaya: Be yourself. If the door won’t open to your dreams, kick it down. No matter what anyone tells you, you can and you will make your dreams come true. SPIRE: Best thing about being Kaya Jones? Kaya: The best thing about being me is being able to have the most amazing fans in all the land. SPIRE: Where can fans check out more on Kaya Jones? Kaya: Check out my website at also twitter, YouTube, and Facebook and of course iTunes.

SPIRE: What nationality are you? Britt: I’m born and raised in America (smiles). My mom is Canadian, Irish, British and Scottish and my father is Hungarian. SPIRE: What are your turn offs? Britt: When a man is afraid to show you how much he loves you, some one who isn’t thoughtful, and a man that doesn’t treat his mother well, because eventually he wont treat you well.

SPIRE: Describe yourself in one sentence? Britt: Smart, bubbly, sweet and very loving.

You can be anywhere with someone you enjoy. SPIRE: If a guy had 5 minutes to get your attention, what should he do? Britt: He should lock eyes with me and then not be afraid to come talk to me. SPIRE: How do you maintain that amazing body? Britt: I try to eat Low Carb!! I include a lot of protein in my diet and I drink Tons of water. SPIRE: What’s your sexiest feature? Britt: My eyes. JOKES PULL HER OVER A cop saw a car weaving all over the road and pulled it over. He walked up to the car and saw a nice-looking woman behind the wheel. There was a strong smell liquor on her breath. He said, “I'm going to give you a breathalyzer test to determine if you are under the influence of alcohol.” She blew into the breathalyser and he walked it back to the police car. After a couple of minutes, he returned to her car and said, 'It looks like you've had a couple of stiff ones.' She replied, 'You mean it shows that, too?'

Just cooperate with

anything he wants. If he wants to have sex with you, just go along with it and pretend you like it. Our lives depend on it.” “Dear,” the wife hissed, spitting out her gag, “I'm so relieved you feel that way, because he just told me he thinks you have a really nice, tight-looking ass!!!!!!!”

BOSS ADVICE An office manager arrives at his department and sees an employee sitting behind his desk totally stressed out. He gives him the advice: "I went home every afternoon for two weeks and had myself pampered by my wife. It was fantastic and it really helped, you should try it too!". Two

weeks later when the manager arrives at his department he sees the man happy and full of energy at his desk. The faxes are piling up and the computer is running at full speed. "I see you followed my advice?". "I did", answers the employee, "It was great! By the way I didn't know you had such a nice house!".

POOR GUY The first grade teacher was starting a new lesson on multi-syllable words. She thought it would be a good idea to ask a few of the children examples of words with more than one syllable. "Jane, Do you know any multi-syllable words?" After some thought Jane proudly replied with Monday. "Great Jane. That has two syllables, Does anyone know another word?" Johnny from the back of the room yells, "I do! I do!" Knowing Johnny's more mature sense of humor she picks Mike instead. "OK Mike, what is your word." Saturday says

Mike. "Great, that has three syllables..." Not wanting to be outdone Johnny says "I know a four syllable word. Pick me! Pick me!" Not thinking he can do any harm with a word that large the teacher reluctantly says, "O.K. Johnny what is your four syllable word?" Johnny proudly says, "" Shocked, the teacher, trying to retain her composure says, "Wow, Johnny. Four syllables! That's certainly is a mouthful." "No Ma'am, your thinking of 'blowjob', and that's only two syllables."

A man and a woman meet in an elevator. "Where are you heading today?" the man asks.

A lawyer was just waking up from anaesthesia after surgery, and his wife was sitting by his side.

"I'm going down to give blood."

His eyes fluttered open and he said, "You're beautiful!" and then he fell asleep again.

"How much do you get paid for giving blood?"

His wife had never heard him say that so she stayed by his side.

"Wow," says the man, "I'm going up to donate sperm, and the sperm bank pays $100." The woman angrily gets off the elevator.

A 92 year-old man went to the doctor to get a physical. A few days later the doctor saw the man walking down the street with a gorgeous young lady on his arm.

The next day, the man and woman meet in the elevator again.

At his follow up visit the doctor talked to the man and said, "You're really doing great, aren't you?"

"Fancy meeting you again. Where you off to today?"

The man replied, "Just doing what you said Doctor, 'Get a hot mamma and be cheerful'.

"Sperm bank," she says with her mouth full.

The Doctor said, "I didn't say that. I said you got a heart murmur. Be careful."

A couple of minutes later, his eyes fluttered open and he said, "You're cute!" Well, the wife was disappointed because instead of "beautiful," it was "cute." She asked, "What happened to 'beautiful'?" His reply was "The drugs are wearing off!"

SPIRE: What turns you on? Tia: A man who can cook. SPIRE: What nationality are you? Tia: French, Polish and Romanian. SPIRE: Describe yourself in one sentence? Tia: The fatal attraction of cuteness, sensuality and beauty with a hint of fierceness. SPIRE: What's the perfect date if someone was to take you out? Tia: Something fun and entertaining like a fair with crazy roller coasters! I would not like something romantic on a first date, it would be too awkward! SPIRE: Have you ever made the first move on a guy? Tia: Yes, and I always get what I want! SPIRE: What’s your sexiest feature? Tia: My sexiest feature is my cute voice and my sexy accent. Too bad you can't hear it right now! SPIRE: Where do you think men go wrong with women? Tia: Trying too hard to impress instead of being themselves. SPIRE: What do you have a weakness for? Tia: Stray dogs... I can't help myself to adopt more and more every time one of them crosses my way.
