Sreenivassan Ramaprasad
Sreenivassan Ramaprasad, the founder and enabler of Saamartya, is a Masters (M.Sc - Tech) graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified NLP practitioner. Ramaprasad started his career with Associated Instruments Manufacturers India P Ltd New Delhi, and consequently joined JK Tyres and CADD Centre in 1989.
At CADD Centre, he grew to become the Executive Director of the company in a span of 15 years. During his tenure in CADD Centre he was instrumental in establishing CADD Centre in Delhi and making CADD Centre a national brand. He developed the equipment business of CADD Centre in 1995. With virtually no employee and nil turnover he built the equipment business to Rs 50 crores in a span of 6 years and strengthened the company to 225 executives. Currently he is the Director in CADD Centre Training Services, Asia Pacific’s largest CAD training network with presence in 30 countries.
Ramaprasad served as COO in a new venture called iKix 3D prints which specialized in 3D services. As a Chief Operating Officer, he was able to successfully get across the concept of 3D printing services to Architectural Industry. He started another venture called Saamartya in 2016 that enables people to develop their people skills and business skills. He is actively engaged in streamlining sales processes of small and medium companies.
He is an active Rotarian, having led Rotary club of Madras West as its 50th President, made the club more vibrant with his interpersonal skills. He also initiated a Dialysis Center for the Club’s Thiruverkadu Medical Centre. He is known for his anchoring skills and he is a regular invited speaker in Rotary circles. Ramaprasad is the current President of Professional Speakers association of India Chennai Chapter.
Ramaprasad was the Vice Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu Chapter which is a chamber that promotes bilateral trade between India and USA. Ramaprasad got married to Geetha in 1993 and has a daughter by name Ananya who completed her Viscom( Visual Communications) and a professional actor.
S Srikanth
S. Srikanth is a distinguished management consultant and coach with an exceptional academic record, holding an MSc in Management Systems from BITS Pilani. A Certified Executive Coach accredited by the Coaching Foundation of India, Srikanth has guided corporate leaders and professionals toward achieving their personal and organizational goals. A versatile facilitator, he has conducted numerous workshops and training programs for leading organizations, including Ashok Leyland, Larsen & Toubro, Hyundai Motors, Indian Oil Corporation, and Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre.
His workshops emphasize effectiveness, inspired by Stephen R. Covey's principles from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which he has actively practiced since 1997.
Srikanth serves as visiting faculty at prominent institutes such as Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Loyola Institute of Business Administration, and GITAM Institute of International Business.
He is also a faculty member for the Master Class for Directors conducted by the Institute of Directors and has delivered seminars for bodies like the All India Manufacturers’ Organization and Vellore Institute of Technology.
In addition to his professional roles, Srikanth has been a Management Committee member of the Madras Management Association and the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce. An active Rotarian, Toastmaster, and Freemason, he is also deeply engaged in comparative studies of ancient Indian wisdom and modern management practices.
Passionate about leadership, his popular series, Unleash the Leader in You, is accessible on YouTube. Srikanth continues to inspire professionals with his dynamic approach to training and coaching.
Kannan Gopalakrishnan
Kannan Gopalakrishnan is a distinguished architect based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He co-founded Habitat Design Studio in 2015 alongside Suganya Jayakumar. The firm offers a comprehensive range of services, including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, project management, product design, and turnkey contracting.
Before establishing Habitat Design Studio, Kannan honed his expertise as a Senior Architect at Larsen & Toubro from 2009 to 2015.
Kannan's commitment to the architectural community is evident through his participation in events like Archumen, where he has both competed and served as a quizmaster.
Under his leadership, Habitat Design Studio has been involved in notable projects, such as the "Yellove" residence in Manapakkam, Chennai. This contemporary house is distinguished by its bold yellow walls and a unique circular window, reflecting Kannan's innovative design approach.
Kannan's dedication to making quality design accessible and affordable has significantly contributed to the architectural landscape of Chennai. His emphasis on creativity, sustainability, and functionality continues to influence the firm's projects and ethos.
