MARKETING SIZE INCLUDES ALL 2,000+ GRADUATE AND UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS FOR A PILOT STUDY OF THIS NEW MARKETING PLAN. GEOGRAPHY- BUSSELL UNIVERSITY IS MID-SIZE UNIVERSITY LOCATE IN THE MIDWEST JUST 50 MILE NE OF A MAJOR METROPOLIS. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS- TYPICAL AGE OF PARTICIPANTS RANGE FROM 18-25, BOTH MALE AND FEMALES, WITH AT LEAST A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA Student Organization Particulars Mission The primary focus of the Student Varsity Club (SVC) is to involve Bussell University undergraduate and graduate students in an organization that is committed to promoting and supporting the Division I athletic program at Bussell University. Cost Membership dues for the Student SVC are $25 per year or $75 for all 4 years of undergraduate experience. Benefits - Membership card - T-shirt - Exclusive parking at football games - Subscription to an E-newsletter - Invitations to CVC sponsored events - Student CVC Tailgates - Halftime hospitality at Men's basketball games - Trip to an away football game - Possibility of priority seating at football and basketball games - Opportunity to participate in a priority point system -Others as you see fit


9. Evaluation of Marketing Plan • The evaluation of this marketing plan will evaluate price, sales numbers, customer satisfaction and feedback, and new ideas will take place online through a database. • Each price tag is equipped with a code that directly puts the price and item that is purchased into the database at the cash register. This also immediately adds the student to our Facebook page where the student can provide feedback on to our wall. • This database is constantly updated and monitored • As soon as the sale numbers begin to fall or negative feedback is written on the Facebook wall, an email is sent to president of the operation and the matter is dealt with immediately • REWARDS will be discussed when sales operations have received increased two months straight and FACEBOOK receives 10-15 likes on average
